Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of dodgy people around. There is witherspoon right next to the flats which means residents are unable to sleep during summer due to loud noises from premises. Police station is right next to the development yet still get dodgy people around even the postman said he saw a drug deal going on the road, speaks for itself. Lots of traffic noise all throughout day and night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Weren't bothered at all, builder wiped their hands and management company was wiping its hand from things too. Residents were getting billed lots for poor service and nothing being done.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I had known the local area more and that people are just simply inconsiderate and how busy it gets.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Plenty of local shops and restaurants. Right in the town so easy for public transport, shopping is easier with it being so close .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well, fast response and they always send someone out within a couple days

Wish I knew more about parking. It was unclear when we moved in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is in a very nice and convenient area with loads of shops and local transport at hand. It’s very accessible to get to places and back and also is surrounded by nice parks and rivers. The bad would be the issues with area would be safety at times as there can be homeless people sleeping around in bin storages or trying to enter the development.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Poorly, loads of chasing up. Partially finishingg.

To make sure that everything is working up to date

Quality of local shops is good always one close by Transport links are easy parking is good. Never had a problem with any antisocial behaviour. Can’t hear really any traffic noise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It takes a couple of days for them to review any problems that I have but other than that it is good

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish that I would’ve known that I was going to be the only person on the ground floor that didn’t have a balcony
