Proximity to shops, town and transport links is good Nice building and good overall area
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
When I first moved in the management company was extremely resistant to take any form of action when there was a clear and repeated breach of the rules (for 8-12months) by multiple other residents and barely communicated, which bordered on incompetence
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There is no digital radio signal on the ground floor units and check with your neighbours about soundproofing (footsteps)
