Very convenient location with plenty of shops, restaurants, and food options nearby. Bus stops are just a short walk away, making it easy to get around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Immediately resolved and tended to with care - Katie Allen took great initiative through the whole move in process, guiding me from check in to repairs and responding almost instantaneously

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Did not consider moving in summer it would get very warm indoors and there is no air conditioning.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I cannot come across any bad aspect. The place is very nice and everything is well managed and top notch.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond very swiftly and the management is very cooperative.

I knew everything the team has guided each and everything.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is generally very pleasant and convenient to live in. There are several good shops, supermarkets, and a nice selection of restaurants and cafes nearby, making it easy to find what you need without travelling far. There are also some lovely green spaces in the area which are great for walks and relaxing outdoors.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick response whenever there is an issue. The response is fast

The car park doesn’t have enough for all residents.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good aspect of living in this area is the easy access to all local shops and restaurants. I don’t have a bad aspect of living in the area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They gave been great so far and ready to help when you need it

None I can no could think of at the moment right now

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

All mentioned above is great with the exception to some anti social behaviours and fights that happens on friday and saturday mornings in front of the building. I once saw 4 police officers handcuffing a guy at 04.00. On other ocassions I hear people fight after clubbing moments. I would suggest that policing is reinforced within the area. However, i do feel safe and secure inside the building.

Yes they did respond on time and provided support.

It seems like the electric appliances are not as energy saving as claimed to be. The bill is normally higher compared to other similar properties.
