Good: centre of the city, close to all necessary amenities, in-house gym and polite staff. Poor maintenance

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have but it takes time for them to come rectify it especially the lift.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really. I had all the information before coming in.
