Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of shop in Charlton retail park and the O2, close to the North Greenwich tube station. But it does get busy in the evening and lots of traffic jam in the local road as people trying to get home after seeing a show at O2.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Most of its time it will be a staller response until it becomes a bigger issue or require further escalation. The concierges are very helpful but there is only so much that they can do.

The cost of monthly management fee and what brand of appliances are being throw in to sweeten the deal.

Quiet. But no shelter at door. Clean and well taken care of

Good walk to o2 and frequent guests. Very quiet and nice area.

Location wise is good, near North Greenwich station and only takes about 10 mins walk. Great selection of supermarket around but not so much for restaurants.
