Very central location, great amenities in and around the residential area. Convenience store on walking distance, parking is readily available around and in the building premises

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They're very quick to respond and handle things professionally and appropriately

I wish I had known the only shop closest to almere is sainsbury's. There are few grocery stores within walking distance. But it's alright if one has a car

As someone who commutes to London a few days a week, The Almere has been a game-changer. It offers all the style and amenities of a high-end London build-to-rent development, but without the chaos (or the price tag). And with Milton Keynes Central station just a short walk up the road, getting into the city couldn’t be easier.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The maintenance team is excellent – responsive, professional, and on-site during the week. Any issues can be logged directly through The Almere app, which is really convenient. I’ve had a couple of minor things fixed within 24 hours, and the communication has always been great.

No Christina went through everything with me during my leasing process

Location: You can’t beat the location – right next to Milton Keynes Central station, which makes commuting to London super easy. There are loads of shops, restaurants, and green spaces within walking distance too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance issues are resolved quickly, and communication is clear and friendly.

While there are a few minor things that could be improved (like extra storage and maybe expanding the gym), it’s a great place to live, especially if you’re looking for a well-connected, vibrant community in the heart of Milton Keynes.

Fantastic place to live - Mk shopping centre on our doorstep and the train station a few minutes walk away!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, had a few issues and they were responded to and dealt with within 24hrs - amazing!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing bad - forgot to to say - being able to have my best friend here (my dog!) I’d just the icing on the cake!!!

Everything is around here Shops- restaurants - coffe . Everything is close and it s very safe area !
