Good area, horrible management broke lift every other week, horrible housekeeping, horrible smell and soundproofing is the worst

They don’t, nothings changed since moving in. It’s terrible

The lifts and the amount of noise created from neighbours. Especially how thin the walls are

Our development (by Bellway) had a wall survey which reported numerous defects in that breached regulations at the time of construction. Bellway have refused to engage with flat owners and take responsibility to address their poor workmanship.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Bellway build and sell defective homes, but don't take responsbility for fixing them.
Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:
That Bellway would take reponsibility for remediate unsafe cladding and have it fitted in compliance with regulations at the time of construction.

Location is a plus, the town centre, the park and pubs in the area too. The loud noise from the tube/train station is a negative.

The sound from the train station and the people hanging around.
