Good development, nicely designed but garden spaces could be bigger with more direct sunlight. Building management are fairly quick to respond to issues. Cleaning is good. Good location between national rail and tube station, both 15-20 mins walk.

Tesco Express on site which is always well stocked and quiet. Transport links could be better with only 1 bus coming through the estate.

Great insulation making gas bills especially low.

Size of apartment is good for 1 bedroom, noise low

Building is well designed with spacious flats and communal areas. Only design issue of our building is the lack of a lift. Some nice charming communal gardens. All areas are well maintained and kept in excellent order. Management can be a little slow to get round to sorting issues but are generally very helpful.

Great transport links. Equidistant from Earlsfield Station and Tooting Broadway Underground Station. Good bus links. Earlsfield and Tooting provide access to a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops. Garratt Green is moments away for some green open space and a childrens playground. There is an onsite Tesco Local. Wonderful quiet area.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Horton Halls residence for St George’s University Hospital is close by and the students sometimes use the development as a thoroughfare. They can be a little noisy.

What is the best feature of your home:

Building is excellenty insulated so literally only have to use our heating a handful of times a year.

Buildings and development are well kept by Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing. All flats are purpose built so well designed. Lots of green space around and we will soon benefit from a new park behind the development. The G1 bus comes straight through the development so easy to get around.

Tescos, atm, nursery and playground on site. Halfway between Earlsfield and Tooting Broadway for commuting and shopping. Lovely community vibe.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Horton Halls is directly opposite and houses 1st year medical students. They are generally very courteous but on occasion they can be rowdy.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

Would love a balcony or private garden. Would also love a lift!

Spacious and cool but it does get too hot at some points so many neighbours purchase air conditioners. The laundry is a pain because multiple machines don’t work. But the property is built well making it a good value for money property

Transport is alright but is far away as well as the shops but the area is generally quiet.

I like the apartment but I feel like the washrooms are a bit small, which is connected to my room.
The design of the apartment is nice and it came fully furnished in a modern way.
All areas have id access so I feel safe and secure especially as I was new to the UK.
The shared area is cleaned daily by a cleaner which is great.

I like how peaceful it is and how close the parks are.

I knew a lot from the people whom I work with so nothing was a surprise.

My flatmates are not respectful and often times they are noisy and messy. We don’t have a concierge, we are on our own here. Since the last crime accident that has taken place in the area recently, not much has been done in terms of security improvements.

The area is peaceful and quiet. It is cheap and close to work, public transportation, shops and restaurants.

I wish I could be able to afford to live on my own.

Bedroom came with an ensuite. All the furniture is new with new beds and cupboard. The kitchen and bathroom is also great and we have a cleaner that cleans every Wednesday. Large kitchen that I share with 3 others which is a welcome change form my other accommodation. Nice open plan design. The people I share the house with are very friendly and we go out often together!

It’s very close to we’re i work, so a few minutes walk will get me to work. Also a small park around the area which is nice. I can’t complain.

Just know that you’ll be sharing the kitchen and living room area!

The property is pretty spacious and noise is quite minimal in the area. There is a noisy which as expected can get quite busy but I do enjoy the size and design of the building a lot. I don’t have to use the heating often and the laundry area

The development is well managed, clean and well maintained. The communal areas are well kept. The building management are quick at answering enquiries. I had a tap leakage in my flat and the maintainance fixed it on the same day. There are no lifts in the development. We have CCTVs and I feel safe living here.

It is a well connected area near to my workplace. Nice to live in, One Stop is the nearest shop around, the development is a mile away from both the train and the tube stations.

I wish I had known that there is no laundry inside the flat .

There is no washing inside the flat. The development is well maintained and well built. The building management is very responsive. I haven’t seen any build-up of rubbish, so they must come regularly . It is very clean in the communal areas as well.

It is convenient area, close enough to trains and to where I work . Shops and the laundry are nearby. I use to go shopping at One Stop supermarket which is located on the ground floor of the development.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didnt know about the daily cleaning service in the communal areas which is , in my opinion, splendid.
