Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very close to Wolverhampton city and lots of different transport links. Parking is a bit of a problem because it’s only one car per house, if you haven’t registered a family or friends car they will get a ticket or won’t have anywhere to park. People don’t dispose of rubbish correctly so bins are not emptied as they should. Garage and shops nearby in walking distance such as Asda and home bargains. Pretty quiet estate apart from when people are blasting music and revving their engines at the garage. School times are difficult with pick up and drop off for school kids blocking entry to estate. Small local park nearby and canal for nice walks.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. Washing machine not working when first moved in, faulty fire alarm and leaking shower however were all fixed quickly and in unsocial hours when needed
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had of know the lack of garden space and the lack of storage in kitchen.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is generally solid. There are enough shops nearby for day-to-day things, and you’ve got decent options for food and takeaways even if it’s not the trendiest spot. Transport links are convenient and getting into the centre is easy. My street is usually quiet with minimal issues, though parking can be a bit tight at times. Bin collections are regular and I haven’t had any real problems with antisocial behaviour or noise. Overall, it’s a comfortable area to live in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They’ve been quite good. When I report something, they don’t ignore it — they follow up, and for most things, it gets fixed. It’s not flawless, but the effort is there.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I’d known how limited the communal outdoor space was — the garden area isn’t very big, which makes relaxing or socialising outside feel cramped sometimes

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
10-15 minute walk into Wolverhampton city and the train station which you can get to Birmingham city in 20 minutes. Canal and small park 5 minutes away. Shared bins which can often be difficult and some residence do not use them as they should so often I am unable to dispose of my recycling. There is slight disturbance with school opposite with parents parking and blocking entrance to estate.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, faulty fire alarm, leaking shower and washing machine not working - all resolved
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That there was not enough storage in the kitchen. The kitchen has plenty of room for more storage and plug sockets but has not been utilised.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Location is good, walking distance to most supermarkets and close to train station. Right near Thomas Telford school which causes huge issues during pick up and drop off times as the road often gets blocked and other cars start to park on our road causing lots of traffic. There is only 1 car space per household. Some people don't dispose of their rubbish in the bins properly.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It can take some time for them to respond and carry out repairs.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The lack of space there actually is The huge amount of traffic due to the school

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Positives: Convenient location, clean environment, and a generally good sense of community. Negatives: Increased traffic and congestion on nearby roads during school pick-up and drop-off times. As the development is fully open access, there is frequent ASB from school children after school hours. Residents and visitors often park outside their allocated bays, with some parking multiple cars which adds to congestion.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes however it can take time. Ranging from weeks to a year.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how steep the rent increases would be. The annual rises have been around 10% for me which add up quickly.
