Everything is perfect for the location and just a 10 mins walk to city centre, buses are convenient and everything is accessible

They have responded very fast to sort the issues and I'm very glad to stay here

A property is very safe and provides secure environment and recycling of waste is amazing

Great location near the train station and bus stop with frequent services, easy to commute to the city centre.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team has always responded promptly to any issues, addressing the maintenance problems efficiently.

The gym could be slightly bigger with more equipment.

Very nice apartment with lots of shops around, easy walk to town. Atmosphere is very nice, there's some construction going on at the moment which is a bit of a downside but you can't notice when the window is shut.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Haven't had any issues so far, everything has been good for now
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Viewed on WhatsApp so didn't get to see the location around the site but it's in a great spot, didn't know how close it was to the centre.

It's great! Near enough to the city centre and also convenient to get to Bristol, bus and train stops are just round the corner.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Whenever I had questions about my rent payments or maintenance, the team were really quick to get these answered!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Phone signal is a bit patchy, don't know if this is made worse by the other buildings popping up nearby!

Its a great location, super close to the train station and all the local shops. Sainsbury's being close is super helpful. Phone service could be a little better but it's like that everywhere in Bath.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No issues for me so far, they always answer any emails within a couple of hours.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The phone signal is pretty poor here, but that seems to just be everywhere in Bath!
