Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is located in a very nice village. There is a co- op, pharmacy, bar, village hall, hairdressers, takeaway pizza and Indian. Where we’re located there’s quite a bit of traffic noise from the A46 and all of the building developments are a bit of an eye sore. I’m hoping once it’s all complete there will be some nice routes to walk and it’ll be a bit quieter.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, we’ve had the maintenance man come to fill the cracks in the wall and this was done very promptly. They also came to replace some flooring all of which was done very efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It can be quite time consuming setting up utility bills for a new build. It took us months to get these set up as the house wasn’t recognised on any of their systems yet.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to shops and good transport links. Lovely street to live on. Nice area of the village. Hardly any traffic noise even though we are next to bypass road.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly and smoothly. No problem seems too small

I wish I'd know about Simple life homes before the stress of looking for a rental property
