The development its self is lovely, quiet and clean, but its built on the back of a busy warehouse. During peak periods expect to hear machinery from 6.30am
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Better not lock down restrictions are not in place. Can take a while for a reply

We thought up sizing or moving developments would be a lot more streamlined than it is. There should be a fast track process in place as references and checks have already been done for the first property but still takes weeks of waiting and sorting before they can authorise you to move into the next property

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is quiet which is nice. Great neighbours too. Parking is ok. It would be nice to have more local shops and particularly a supermarket as the closest one is a 10 minute drive away
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We called out at the beginning of our tenancy for the heating and toilet and they were out quickly

I done my research beforehand so knew pretty much everything. Happy we can paint which is a bonus for a rented property

All good nice views, peaceful, some residents are very scruffy with the bins which makes the bin area look untidy
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Really fast, recently had a toilet fixed and was done within a few days from start to finish

Nothing really it’s all straight forward all the manuals provided really helped getting to know the appliances

The location is good close to the town center and the train station not much traffic noise but when our Neighbors have visitors at the weekend they can be very noisy in to the late hours at the weekends
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It has take over 7 months to get the fence repaired which was reported when we first moved in it took over a year to get a replacement oven seal which we was tool was ordered before we moved in to the house

That the back garden was level that the house had been properly cleaned before we moved in which took us 3 days to clean

(living in the galveston court apartment) good points : no traffic noise, modern, fairly clean roads. Bad points: tenants from the houses fly tipping in our bins meaning the bin men leave large items in the road (currently there is a pallette and a tv stand which looks unappealing, a few months ago we saw someone walk from their house and dump a trampoline!) this sometimes means when we are trying to bin our rubbish, there is no room. Some of the apartment tenants make a lot of noise outside during unsociable hours. They seem to be a large family therefore it can be intimidating to ask them to quiet down. this is a nuisance as it means you have to shut your windows to drown out some of the noise and this is not ideal in summer as the apartments get extremely hot - also not ideal when you have to get up for work early the next morning!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
maintenence issues have been resolved promptly and efficiently
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Before we moved in, viewings werent possible (only virtual ones online). We had noisy neighbours above us for a whole year and heard them on the first day we moved in. If we had viewed the property beforehand and heard this, we would never have moved in.

Hi Gabby, Thank you for your valuable feedback and comments - we will take these on board. Emails have been sent to all residents previously regarding use of the bin stores and we will continue to keep on top of this and remind residents to use these appropriately to maintain a nice, clean space for all. Without being able to identify you and your property we cannot investigate your comments around comparative rents on-site, however as people move in at different times and each rent is reviewed once per year at individual renewal dates, there is likely to be periods of time where rents are slightly different. Rents are also set on a plit by plot basis taking in to consideration aspect, size of garden, floor, property type, number of bedrooms etc.
