Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to schools, local shops & post office. Train station and bus stops close by. Street is quiet. Parking availability it great as everyone has their own driveway.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes but on certain jobs take a long time to respond like the damp and mould which has been going on for over a year but little jobs are responded to straight away.

Check property over and take your own photos of the property on viewing.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This is our first time living here and so far it’s been amazing! The estate is within a 2 minute walking distance of a convenience store, post office, hair dressers and vets. It is also 5 minute drive from bigger supermarket and big home store. There is a bus stop into town 2 minutes away and a train station within walking distance. There are a few lovely parks within the close vicinity. There are also some nice restaurants and pubs not far from our development. Neighbours all lovey and haven’t had any anti-social behaviour whatsoever. I totally reccomend living here!!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It has taken a bit of time to get them to sort out problems. 4 problems - one now being fixed

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have liked to have known more about the local area e.g bus routes. Also shown how to use things like the dishwasher and alarm system

Convienant location but unfortunately the area isn't the best to live in. We do have a lot of trouble with gangs but I guess this is probably in 70% of the UK now.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, all repairs have been dealt with to some extent. The smell in the house has never ever disappeared though, no matter how many times we call them and ask for help. The kitchen cupboards are still not fitted correctly. Everything else has been fixed.

How small the property really is even though it doesn't feel like it upon entering. Storage is a real issue and the value for rent isn't worth it sometimes.
