Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There’s are some local shops within distances, covering day-to-day essentials as well as some nice independent places to eat and drink. For those who enjoy the outdoors, there are several parks and open spaces nearby, making it easy to get fresh air or go for a walk. Transport links are a good. Buses and trains are frequent and reliable, and it’s easy to get into the city centre or travel further afield. Like many busy areas, traffic can build up at peak times, but generally getting around is straightforward and well-connected. The new Midland Met hospital isn’t to far either. It’s generally a quiet area, with little in the way for any anti-social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond quite quickly. The repair system is very simple to use and communication on there is reliable. You don’t need to be on the phone waiting in long queues. Very attentive to needs for us and property.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had know about the limit shops. Having to drive 10-15 minutes for your local shop is not ideal.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is nice and quiet. There are a few shops local. However, the area could do with a lot more. A few parks and the signal is good for mobile and broadband- yes that’s a big thing to me.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond quite decent to repairs raised. There is a system we use called “foxflo” that is very easy to navigate and communicate on

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish the housing officers or property managers would make themselves more available to visit and check in with their residents

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

a few local shops around the area, tram stop near by about a 15 minute walk apart from that not really an accessible area but as a driver it’s ok for me, parking can be challenging as we constantly get people parking all on the side roads blocking entrances to our drive ways at times

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues I have had m recently they have been resolved and management have been attentive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The lack of storage in the long run is an issue and the quality of the works around the home is poor leading to faster wear and tear

Living in this area offers a great balance of convenience and comfort. For those who enjoy the outdoors, there are several parks and open spaces nearby, making it easy to get fresh air or go for a walk. There’s a few range of local shops within reach, covering day-to-day essentials. Transport links are a real positive — buses and trains are frequent and it’s easy to get into the city centre.The street itself is a pleasant place to live. Overall, this is a convenient and friendly area to live in, with good local amenities, decent transport connections, and a street that feels safe and welcoming.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. Just like any other building management. We use an app to raise repairs and can track or communicate the status of each one which is good

I wish that the living room & kitchen were separate areas & not open planned

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything is very convenient around the location is amazing to be honest. I feel parking is great and neighbours always understand if theres shortage in parking. Bin collections have been amazing too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No there were many days with no responses and alot of days with simply we are still looking at it after 6 months.

I wish I had viewed the property as we were told over the phone it is brand new property.
