The area is perfectly positioned as a gateway into Birmingham and the Black Country. It has a tramstop nearby that can take you either way, as well as the M5.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’re quick to respond via the portal, sometimes it takes a while to find a contractor but that’s the market.

Don’t be afraid to speak to Simple Life if anything goes wrong.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’ve lived here since the development was completed back in 2018 and I must say it’s been quite an enjoyable stay. There are some good aspects of living here for example the short distance to local supemarkets like Tesco and Sainsbury’s. Parking is good, we all have our own drives. No ASB issues.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Honestly the repairs are super quick and easy. Took them just two days to fix a problem I had complained to them about, I was quite impressed to say the least.

How quiet it is at night. I can actually get a decent nights rest !

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is quiet and well maintained limited on the range of local shops though. It's a good location with access to city centre either by the train, bus or tram. There is a few parks nearby and a local canal to get fresh air or go for a walk. The street itself is a pleasant place to live. Parking is manageable and it's generally a quiet with little in the way of anti-social behaviour. Noise is minimal apart from the usual background sounds of everyday life. Overall, this is a very convenient and friendly area to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Ok. They took quite a while to sort a leak I had so I wasn't impressed about that. The app seems to be a little bit better but stills needs some work to deliver more functions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The the sizes of the bedrooms were much bigger. I don't get why they have installed a built-in wardrobe that just limits more space in one of the rooms. I expected just a it more space really.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good transport links to city centre by bus, tram or train. There is a canal for nice walks. Close to the new hospital Midland Met. No anti-social behaviour - neighbours are cool. I’ve got a double drive for my cars. I like where I’m located. Nice, quiet area out the way.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The fixflo app is neat. Easy to raise repairs and you get quick communications regarding the current status. I prefer this way rather than waiting in long queues on the phone.

Can’t think of anything to say honestly. I’m not a fussy person. I’m just happy with here I’m living.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice area with local shops & pharmacy across the road. It does get very hectic on match days but that is to be expected. Parking is decent as we all have our own drives, no ASB & there is only ever traffic or noise when football matches are on. Our area is quiet majority of the time, which is what I like. Transportation links to city centres are good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

If it is an emergency then I would say the respond very quickly. However, if it is a non-urgent job it can take some time to get done but they keep up their communication with updates so it isn’t all that bad
