Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is quiet and well maintained limited on the range of local shops though. It's a good location with access to city centre either by the train, bus or tram. There is a few parks nearby and a local canal to get fresh air or go for a walk. The street itself is a pleasant place to live. Parking is manageable and it's generally a quiet with little in the way of anti-social behaviour. Noise is minimal apart from the usual background sounds of everyday life. Overall, this is a very convenient and friendly area to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Ok. They took quite a while to sort a leak I had so I wasn't impressed about that. The app seems to be a little bit better but stills needs some work to deliver more functions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The the sizes of the bedrooms were much bigger. I don't get why they have installed a built-in wardrobe that just limits more space in one of the rooms. I expected just a it more space really.

Good transport links to city centre by bus, tram or train. There is a canal for nice walks. Close to the new hospital Midland Met. No anti-social behaviour - neighbours are cool. I’ve got a double drive for my cars. I like where I’m located. Nice, quiet area out the way.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The fixflo app is neat. Easy to raise repairs and you get quick communications regarding the current status. I prefer this way rather than waiting in long queues on the phone.

Can’t think of anything to say honestly. I’m not a fussy person. I’m just happy with here I’m living.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice area with local shops & pharmacy across the road. It does get very hectic on match days but that is to be expected. Parking is decent as we all have our own drives, no ASB & there is only ever traffic or noise when football matches are on. Our area is quiet majority of the time, which is what I like. Transportation links to city centres are good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

If it is an emergency then I would say the respond very quickly. However, if it is a non-urgent job it can take some time to get done but they keep up their communication with updates so it isn’t all that bad

When it’s match season, I sturggle to get out and about

It's a good location with access to city centre via train, bus or tram. if you consider the to the city centre but the issue arises with the area in particular. The council are not the greatest at sorting their issues which is quite disappointing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There have been no problems with an issues that have been raised. All the repairs are attended to in an adequate manner. He contractors are very professional. The fact that simple life have an app to raise almost anything is really good.

How busy the mosque can be. The area is still lovely regardless, I would recommend.

There’s are some local shops within distances, covering day-to-day essentials as well as some nice independent places to eat and drink. For those who enjoy the outdoors, there are several parks and open spaces nearby, making it easy to get fresh air or go for a walk. Transport links are a good. Buses and trains are frequent and reliable, and it’s easy to get into the city centre or travel further afield. Like many busy areas, traffic can build up at peak times, but generally getting around is straightforward and well-connected. The new Midland Met hospital isn’t to far either. It’s generally a quiet area, with little in the way for any anti-social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond quite quickly. The repair system is very simple to use and communication on there is reliable. You don’t need to be on the phone waiting in long queues. Very attentive to needs for us and property.

I wish I had know about the limit shops. Having to drive 10-15 minutes for your local shop is not ideal.
