5 min walk to Oldfield Park train station and 15mins to centre of town. Very bearable road noise, nice green spaces nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We didn't really experience any problems whilst living at SBY, but the management team were always friendly and happy to chat.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Our apartment was directly above the roller door for the interior carpark, which was quite loud when opening and closing and took us a while to get used to, although knowing that beforehand wouldn't have changed our minds on living there!

I love living in this Bath development. The design is beautiful and fits the local stone style perfectly. The flats are bright, spacious and well laid-out. Facilities like secure bike storage, parcel room and the communal garden are fantastic. Building management is responsive and keeps everything clean. It’s a well-maintained development in a fantastic location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management have responded to issues in a timely and professional manner. Reported maintenance matters are typically resolved within a few days, and communal areas are maintained to a high standard.

Everything was share before I moved in,I'm glad to be here

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love that I can walk straight into town and have access to everything within 15-20 minutes. But I also am able to ‘escape’ and not live in the city centre. The bus stops right outside which takes you straight into town or up to the uni of bath. Equally having Oldfield park station on our doorstep is so convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always responded very quickly and effectively

That there would be so many events - it has been such a good way to meet people

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Perfect location! Well within walking distance from the centre of town, supermarkets, good pubs and parks. Main road isn’t invasive. Also not too close to the centre / noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Raised some issues with fixes / maintenance, resolved in a couple of days and no pressure. Doesn’t feel like complaining or a nuisance.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The events put on for residents ! It’s was a secret when we moved in, but events with drinks, food, music to make friends.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Ideal location. Range of coffee shops, cafes, supermarkets and local shops nearby as well as being a quick, flat walk into town. Close to some lovely pubs and green spaces. 5 mins walk from oldfield park train station, and also on a number of bus routes which is really helpful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management are really friendly and approachable, we never have any issues raising anything with them and they have always been incredibly helpful.

The staff here organise really great events for tenants such as summer parties, pub quiz nights and wine tasting etc. They are always doing lovely things like leaving bunches of lavender in reception for residents, or organising community dog walks.
