Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of local shops, ratail arount the corner. Plenty of bars & restaraunts nearby. Openspaces nearby to walk our dog. We have no use for public transport as we dont use it we have 2 cars. Parking is great with a double driveway, no traffic noise nice and quiet estate.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We wish we had known the how bad the soil was that has been laid for us, its full of bricks, glass, plastic, rubble and nothing survives in it in terms of planting.

What is the best feature of your home:

Best feature has to be the layout of our home. It feels alot more spacious than any other developer we went to view

Scotchbarn rise is in a great location there are small local shops within walking distance. Prescot town centre is less than 5min drive. Eccleston park station is 5 minute walk away and a lovely station. Very quite estate full of families and easy access to motorways etc.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Make sure you are aware if you have young children that they are best staying else where on exchange day as it is very stressfull and we were waiting outside our home for hours before we got the green lights and keys where exchanged.

Nothing everything was fitted as expected. We love our family home
