great private area we live in. I love how close it is to the tesco and the retailer park as well as the train station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

we sometimes had some difficulties when we wrote about issues but since the company has changed nothing occurred

my rights as a tenant in more detail and in a conversation it could be explained

Good aspects: -good location for public transport -good local shops -good parking location Very close to a train track which is the only noise but can’t hear it when you’re in the home.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issue have been resolved straight away without any hesitation

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just wish you could view the property’s when requesting too rather than a video or photos as it’s hard to vision it. Viewings seemed to be done 2 days prior to move in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to shopping centre and transport links. Plenty of nearby restaurants and things to do nearby. There is room for two cars on the driveway

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had no problems so far. They have already been around to maintain the front garden.

The property is exactly as expected from the viewing.
