We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The development is lovely. We have underground parking with a secure automatic gate. The development is clean, spacious and has lovely flowers/landscaping. The parking is secured with regular patrols from the parking management company. There are also spaces for visitors.

The development is ok. The design is nice and flats are open so feel large. Bedrooms are good sizes and so are the bathrooms. Due to close proximity to both train station and airport you would expect a lot of noise, but windows are well sound proofed and can hardly hear when closed. Unfortunately, it does feel like they’ve have been done quickly and rushed, with major design floors in some places. The gate is consistently broken and cannot be opened from inside the flat. The centralised heating system is expensive with a standing charge of £1.50 a day before even using any energy. The alarm system goes off weekly for no reason I’m the basement car park which causes all heating to stop working and takes a call out to fix and nothing so far has been done to remedy this. The management company for the development I would say is one of the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. The location for transport links (train station, airport and M1) are second to none. However, the area itself leaves a lot to be desired. Once the development opposite is finished it may improve, but the surrounding roads are always filled with cars by those with little care for others making it difficult to manoeuvre your way out of the development. Overall, there are some inherent issues with the development that need addressing both by the developers and management company to make it a better place to live. Until then I would not be able to recommend it.

Building management has been really poor. Very slow responses and not very helpful. Gate is always broken and buzzer does not work. The building is not maintained well and staff at management company are very rude. Design of property is nice and not very good quality

Nice design, fits the surrounding area, nice flats for a great value. However way too many problems everyone is taking their hands away from so you dont know who to turn to. Gates need fixing constantly, bike shed constantly broken into. Other than that it’s a nice place to live just maybe not the safest one due to the security aspect that no one bothers to fix

The development seems very sleek, stylish, modern and well put together at first glance. Upon closer inspection, it’s easy to see where things have been thrown together (paint splashes on tiled walls and socket covers, toilet seats not put on correctly and certain areas that haven’t been sanded down etc). Cheaper options have been chosen throughout, to the detriment of residents (plastic wastes in the bathroom basins as opposed to a more durable material which doesn’t lead to peeling and a general trashy appearance over time). The electric gate that should provide security for the development is constantly out of order so cars/people can come and go as they please; often leading to cars being parked in assigned bays that do not belong to them. The number panel on the pedestrian gate at the main entrance to the development is also, always out of order, with many digits just not working. The building management company assigned (DJC) are absolutely atrocious but that’s another story for another day! All in all I’d say, you get what you pay for! It’s a decent development for what it costs.
