Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location. Coop is around the corner, we have a lovely pub that serves nice food, a Delhi and butchers. For the spiritual there are two churches and a sports club just outside the village. There are regular bus services to Retford and Newark too. There are also two play parks for those with kids. Lovely neighbourly feel though. It’s certainly a happy pleasant village to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All problems were sold with varying degrees of speed but that was partly down to the pandemic

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Trivial but would have liked to have know. If shaving sockets were included. We were told yes and we ordered one but actually none were included so we are down one. Other than that we are happy where we live and with the house as a whole.

Any questions were answered and any issues were resolved quickly
