Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to city center but very noisy at time with bars and clubs nearby. Convenient if you work in the city center and lots of shops about. However there are lots of drug dealers and homeless nearby, sometimes at the entrance of the building. I witnessed a drug deal in front of my van on the day I moved in!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were quick to get a broken extractor sorted but thats about it

Seriously, be prepared for serious heat in the summer months if youre in the upper floors. The kitchen becomes unbareable very quickly

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to local shops and town centres with Lidl and aldi close by aswell. Very accessible to bus stops, bus station and train station from the location

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When I asked for mantainance on my washing machine to got a completely new one for me within couple days

I wish I knew that they did not have a microwave or keddle and had to buy them myself

Good for living and secure.parking gate can’t be accessed with given key. there should be improvements related to car parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

they are very responsive and solve problems quickly

looking good from outside thought should be expensive but not

Parking can be difficult sometimes as spaces get taken and during the week a solicitors near by have some of the spots and leave notes on cars parked there even if you live in the building

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It took me 10 months to get a resolution to a complaint I had raised and there’s no store for the estate agent near by they are only based in Manchester

Not being able to talk go property management face to face as they are based in Manchester and never come to the property and they don’t notify you when people are coming for viewings they just come in

City centre Amazing access to everything. Parking in the centre Cons: Management is difficult to get hold of. Rarely responds to emails Parking is shared with other companies so I don’t have a key fob and have to walk extra to get my car. Also anyone parks in my allocated space. When checking with Ocasa homes they, say tough luck. First come first serve so it isn’t their problem. No communal area Untidy front area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sadly not much. The only issue I have is the car park and it still isn’t resolved.

Car park is shared. Anyone can park there. Sometimes I don’t have space.
