Traffic is loud and sirens are constant the windows are not double glassed so I hear every car pass by but location is great

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes but nothing was solved they said they didn’t smell what k could smell

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To check for double glazing windows due to constant noise and a dishwasher

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Foot access to supermarkets and shops is surrounding area. Easy to get onto motorway and main roads. Some anti-social behaviour on the complex by those who do not live on the complex but LivingWay have increased security around the complex due to this. The bin store area has always been an issue with residents not placing their rubbish in the bins, causing attraction of rodents.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have reported quite a few things since living here and most have been responded to and rectified. There has been 1 occasion where a maintenance person was supposed to come at a set time and did not turn up and the issue has not been resolved.

Cost of parking bay and maybe the bin storage situation too

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, near a lot of supermarkets, Asda, Tesco, Aldi and Crossgates shopping centre, are all at a walking distance. Nearby transport with a short bus ride to the city centre, designated parking spot in the complex, it is a nice place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, issues I’ve had in the past have always been responded to in a timely manner

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That if you want to carry on a tenancy once it’s ended the management will constantly put the price of the rent up every time, doesn’t matter if you are a loyal tenant.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

In terms of location and transport I’d say it really good close to grocery shops, a shopping centre, bus stop right in front of the apartment with buses going into city centre and assigned parking spaces. However in terms of the bin area, its not that great, but other than that everything’s great

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They answered it fairly quickly and enquired more about the issue to get a proper understanding and they enquired about your availability before sending somebody to fix I’d say max like 4 days.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just make sure you don’t move in as soon as someone’s moving out cause then they’ll be a lot of things to possibly fix.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is in a great location for shopping, not missing a thing! Good for animals as lots of greenery. The bins are a bit gross and have rats The area is nice and I feel safe

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have improved but need to work on communication.

I wish they had told me more about the bills and all of the systems they used. A help guide would of been great. I have some random person give me the keys and then nothing else!
