Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love outside my home as much as the inside. Shops are close by (including a delightful little cheese shop!). While the train station isn't as close as I'd like, there is a bus stop close. I have my own drive so parking isn't an issue, saying that I've never noticed the roads around being full of cars. We are tucked away so traffic noise is never noticed, and anti-social behaviour just doesn't happen. Everyone is lovely, we even have a facebook group for out little estate. Everyone I bump into while out are super friendly. It's the nicest place I've lived.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had talked to people on the development and asked about common snags they all noticed so I knew what to look for.

What is the best feature of your home:

My huge garden and dog friendly neighbourhood. My dog is my world and she loves it here. I also like the wide stairs! I know that sounds silly, but it's great!
