The design of the building is great and long lasting. I have a small balcony which for relaxation and enjoying the warm weather as well. Living here for 5 years, I’ve realised that the stairs and the development as a whole has become a lot more clean.

I like the people in the area, everyone is friendly. I do wish there was more nightlife closer to the area rather then having to travel to central london

Suitable for all family types

Verified Resident

I enjoy the football pitch near, it’s great for me and my brothers. I also like the security and how they keep the area dense and prevent many people from loitering and hanging outside. The building management could be better

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like the buses and how close they get me to the main road. The football pitch is nice aswell. No dislikes really

A vibrant and lively place to live

Verified Resident

A well connected, vibrant and lively place to live with lots of local parks, shopping and great places to dine out. Although It can get a little bit too busy sometimes as it’s quite close to the high street and tube station.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The windows blinds stop the windows from opening very wide.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The area could do with a good butcher shop.

Nice place but needs public bins…

Apartment is really nice, nice to have a balcony. Our neighbours are nice people, friendly.

Nice to have trees and greenery along the development.

Two Sainsbury’s and a Co-op within a ten minute walk.

Great place to stay

Verified Resident

The value money for money of the property isn’t the best as it’s London. However I do enjoy the facilities as well as the location as you can get anywhere easily. I wish there was a lift in my block but that’s a small negative in a property full of much more positives. Such as the garden.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like the greenery and the parks but the parking is a bit of a pain. The transport is good

Good sense of community here

Verified Resident

The development is built well and there are not many faults with the property. The design and interior of the flats are nice and neighbours invite you to their events which is nice. The area is green which I also like as well.

I like how all the neighbours are nice and welcoming to me. The area all has good transport links.

Really nice area and community, terrible building management.

Verified Resident

Build quality looks good, but the functionality is problematic with leaks being a big problem and building doors breaking constantly. Management is slow to react with repairs, and they have a lot of confusion with closing cases that are not closed. The monthly checks on their notice board are always ticked ‘good’ so hard to understand their criteria for that. Their attitude seems to be that even when bad temporary fixes are applied.

It’s a nice place to live, but there is a lot of youth crime in the area, marijuana etc, which combined with the security maintenance issues is a real problem that really needs addressing.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

It’s easy to get around, in the heart of East, Canary Wharf and the city are not far.

Is really a nice quiet neighbourhood. Close to Victoria park, brick lane, lots of restaurants and shops etc.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wasn’t told of development plans directly in front of the property.

Convenient, and easy going

Verified Resident

I really like living here as it a new development and it’s in the centre of everything which is really convenient. The only issue we have here is the lack of parking and the fact that the doors can be kept open without a key.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like that it’s a new development and it’s the centre of everything
I don’t like that there is no parking and security

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d have known about the lack of parking around.
