The building is very central so it’s very convenient. The only downside is that it’s always very busy and crowded right outside the building because there is a public parking, but the building itself, has very good security.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is always very fast in responding and very helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing bad to mention. The view of the sunset from the Ashby building is astonishing!

Excellent location, minute away from high street and 2 min bus , 10 min station. Amazing podium garden and nice view from flat

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes . Always as soon as possible. No issues at all

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If you install gym in the building would be amazing

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area us perfect, you within a 2min walk from all the essential shops and restaurants and the train station is only a 12min walk away

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't had any problems or issues apart from just a door lock coming off which was repaired quiet quickly.

Not too sure, maybe knowing how living in a flat works as some people may not know how the entire process works before hand
