Coming up to 20 years old, I’ve been here 5 years. Built by St George (Berkeley Homes), so build quality is decent. Boilers are coming to end of their lives, otherwise everything is as it should be. Property manager was replaced a few years ago, now is more on control. 24hr Concierge is nice and friendly. No tube, and Wandsworth Town is bad in rush hour, but very connective really. Pretty ‘lived in’; not many empty investment properties. Apart from Anchor House you don’t notice the waste processing next door.
