Riverdale House, SE13

The apartment is in really good condition! I love it! When I moved in it was fully furnished and all very clean! I’ve only been here for 1 month and everything’s been great with the apartment so far and no problems with it. I really enjoy living in this area.

Good quality, good facilities. I like the facilities and it's really close to work, I like all the local supermarkets, however I wish there were more bars around the area , I think thats pretty limited in my opinion. However I love the development and the facilities.

The building is really central to everything around the area. However the area lacks a lot of social functions and facilities, for example, I'd like more pubs so. Don't have to travel to central to find one.

Good development. Fully furnished and spacious and clean. It's a good development overall, helpful concierge and accessible transport links. Next to a busy road, though set back some distance, so some noise which can be a problem with the windows open.

It's great to live here, to be honest I have no complaints about my building, I'd give it 5 stars or everything. It's fully furnished when I moved in and it was really clean. However there's some intermittent propens with hot water, it's off likebana once a month but not a huge problem.
