A good location spoilt by Keepmoats total lack of care and consideration for the people who have bought houses

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Variable, the main issue is no management company or staff from Keepmoat who oversee fly tipping, general litter, grass cutting etc. There is not any interest in the development apart from sales.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Don’t but a property from Keepmoat, no after care or interest whatsoever, complete disregard for community

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good- House was finished to a great standard- there were snags including a leak, but these were quickly resolved. Garden is a good size considering how close we are to the city centre. We did not get it turfed and cleaned it up ourselves which was a good idea, as i have seen others had issues with the turf being put down without first having the area properly removed of rubble. Bad-The parks/ public spaces advertised seemed to have not materialised. There are no coffee shops nearby if you want to go for a quiet sunday morning coffee.

They have been really helpful, responding quickly and fixing any issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i had known about all of the optional extras- getting together extra money at the last minute was difficult and as a result i couldnt get all the extras i wanted.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a lot of residential development within the area so it should improve vastly in the next couple of years. It is close to Manchester City centre both via public transport and walking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had very few issues but all where resolved in a timely manner

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew more about the leasehold leases, and how this would be affected when other parts of the development were sold freehold.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The house is in beautiful location next to river irvell. Peaceful zone , no noise or any traffic problems etc . All supermarkets are within 10 mints reach . Manchester City centre and Trafford mall on closing distance . Comes with free parking and plenty more parking for others

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes but it took them 4 months to fixed 1 or 2 issues and few are still outstanding,

sales representative skills were brilliant and very helpful

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good range of quality shops. Salford shipping centre is just a couple minutes away. There are also some local shops to run to in need. Good transport links. Private parking space is enough. However, there are sometimes cases of anti social behaviour around the streets.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Could not get help with the door trims as management was not there/ away
