Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Within walking distance to shops and bars. Walking distance to train station and bus stop. Footpath from development to the canal and marina. Quiet area with friendly neighbors. Great place to live. Plenty of lovely walks on the doorstep. Nothing to dislike about living here
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Minor repairs were needed when I first moved in such as the thermostat not working on the boiler. This was resolved within a week
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Didn’t realise permission was required for minor changes to the garden such as having a small shed which is at a cost of £50 per request
