Great development but poor quality finish.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good points: Nice quiet location, Private parking Decent shops local, Co-op and Tescos express. Post office round the corner. Bad: Driving required. It is a small village and you would need to drive approx 20 minutes to be in the center of Cambridge and 15 mins to Ely. There is public transport but I know waiting times are long as we are out in the middle of nowhere. There is also quite a lot of litter outside. Paying a maintenance fee but not quite sure what for.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They tend to ghost me and I am constantly chasing them up. Saleslady hasn't spoken to me since I got the keys.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Clarify council tax. Was told I was band C but ended up with D.

The development is on the outskirts of a lovely village, making it ideal for those who like a quiet life

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management don’t respond all that quickly to issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that there was no visitors parking bays

Good area but poor finish

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Cottenham itself has good amenities and the location is close enough to access Cambridge centrally through multiple routes. There's currently no footpath into Cottenham and it the only route via road is to join a road that is currently NSL at 60mph so not so safe to join especially with reduced visibility.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They haven't yet responded but issues were only recently raised

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the area was still outstanding maintenance work
