Love the community and facilities.

Very happy with the price and the community is like a family and we get along. The community hall does activities for the mums and children. The facilities are great and it’s a great value for money. Maintenance is great.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

My kids like the area because they can play and do activities. Nothing to dislike.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Knew everything about the property before buying. Very happy.

Good

Review Date Sep 2019

My overall impression of the area is positive, I find it to be a nice and quiet neighbourhood. The size of the rooms is just ideal although I could say that sound insulation is poor in between the rooms.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like the area as it is very cloee to the shops and train station

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew before moving in that the sound insulation of the place is bad.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of my home is that it is nicely laid out in terms of the room and bathroom

Expensive living and loud area

Review Date Jun 2019

No shops around the area. There’s a school around that I have to walk around to get to shops. Lots of foxes and dumping rubbish in front of closed area.
Pub next to my house is noise on weekends.
People have dogs and there is a lot of dog poo around the area

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Security is good because there are no problems.
Maintenance takes a long time. Park repaired after six months.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The house is far from the bus stop and there is only one bus option. I work full time and it’s not convenient. Parking is not good.

Good place for kids

This is a nice place for kids. There is a playground and lots of grassy areas. I dislike that in my building there are a lot of stairs, It would be helpful if there was a lift.
Also, the walls are very thin. I though because it was a new build that it would be quiet, but I can hear other tenants up and down stairs.
My landlord is very quick at solving issues. However, there is a rat problem in the development that no one can seem to fix. They always find a way in.
There is a major issue with cars driving down the private road like it’s a highway, you have to be vigilant about the cars at all times as my kids playing like playing in the playground in which they have to cross the road to get to.
There is a school very close by, a 2 minute wall that is very good if you have children.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I dislike that the shops are all very far away.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That I would hear noise from neighbours up stairs.

Nice area to live but prices are a problem.

Security is mediocre. When we moved it was better but now there are a few break ins. It’s worse for people living on the ground floor. You can see the difference in outside maintenance. Some is better than others. Shops are convenient.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Car insurance has gone up because of break ins. The car insurance premiums have to go up. However I feel safe living here. It’s nice because it’s quiet.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Selling at 30% or 40% instead of 50%. The deals were not good. No discounts for long term owners.

Pet friendly. Nice location.

Good area. never had any security problems. Good management but a bit slow.Someone broke in and took 1 week to fix the locker . Pet friendly . Maintenance is covered by the build management fees we pay each year. High walls and difficult to change bulbs .

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

You get Tesco over there. Big superstores 5 mins away. very good transport to the train station . plenty of corner shops around

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Satisfied.

I live on a top floor and the isolation is not that good. Heating during summer is not looked after properly and it gets too hot during the summer. The neighbours abuse the lockers and do not recycle properly. Good internet. The place looks like a private area which makes it secure. Never heard of any burglary that happened. Very safe overall.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

No speed bumps . It is not too far but still far from the high road . Only one bus running around and a bit of a dodgy area

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The isolation on the roof is not good

Poor management

The development is okay not fantastic but not horrible either. The management sends out meaningless emails. When you have meaningful situations they don’t do anything and are not responsive . Their name is Crabtree . Othersiwe, it is child friendly . Good for the kids. There is a specific mark for each car space which is annoying. You have 1 permit per flat and you can’t park wherever you want.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Close to local amenities.
