Lot of street parking, Prompt bin collection, peaceful neighborhood with respectable neighbors. No through traffic.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, prompt and helpful in addressing even minor issues reported.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Bad cellular network, Absolutely no coverage throughout development. Food deliveries and choices are limited due to location.

I absolutely love living at St Luke’s. It’s such a beautiful place and very clean and tidy. All neighbours are lovely and respectful. No negatives living here :)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management dealt with an issue I had very quickly. Issue was resolved and clear communication of timelines.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Only slight issue living here is the mobile reception in the area. I know this has been raised by the local councillor but is a pain when anyone new comes to the estate or you have a delivery.
