Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

As I am a student, I don’t need any parking space. There is a Tesco, really close by, and I’m very close to the train station, which is really practical. There is a park nearby, in which sometimes there is a bit of noise at night, and there is a popular club close by which result in a bit of noise sometimes in the mornings, but it’s never too bad.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sometimes maintenance takes a bit longer than I would like, but it always gets done in the end.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think it’s important to remember to take pictures of all the faults in the room, just to make sure you don’t get charged for in the future.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Bin collection and a not bad but sometimes no rubbish bin downstairs. There are traffic noise but is affordable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

For some urgent problems, they can be solved quickly. However, sometimes no reception.

sometimes no reception, which means no parcel service.

I wish there was a bin chute available and if breakfast was served everyday instead of 2 days a week only

I have raised some issues but it has not been attended to yet

I wish I had visited the accommodation in person before

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Surrounded by so many shops such as Tesco as well as cafes like Starbucks and Pret. A variety of restaurants like a salad bar and Italian food. A beautiful park that is well looked after. Little noise as it's a private area with mostly workplaces surrounding. I don't have any cons.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Respond professionally to any questions I've asked.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had been given a little tour or layout of the building as it took me a week to find out where the bin room was. Reception is rarely there so it took some time.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I moved in September only 3 months later in December they sent me a rent increase notice. Put my rent up from £650 to £799.

Don’t believe the lies they tell you. The reviews are fake.

What is the best feature of your home:

YPP are now paying £50 and £100 for random people to leave positive reviews on Google.
