Poor value for what you get and not as advertised

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very centrally located with the shopping center, grocery, and restaurants only a short walk away. It’s also fantastic for transport links. The only con about the neighbourhood is that there are homeless people who sleep in the alcove of the building and anti-social people who hang around yelling and fighting with each other.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They simply respond “we’re looking into it with our suppliers” but don’t actually resolve the issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the hidden fees and that amenities weren’t included in the rent as advertised. The current price point doesn’t justify the actual value of what you’re getting.
