We have lived here for almost 3 years and absolutely love it! The staff are extremely helpful, the apartment is lovely and designed well and the facilities are wonderful. Probably our only comment for improvement is more gym equipment needed but I know this is already on the agenda of the staff!

Fabulous response time, really speedy solutions!!!
Great location, great development.
Oxbow is immaculate with all the facilities you need. The quality of the finish in the communal areas and apartments is fantastic, so nice to be in a rental property with high standard fixtures, fittings and furniture. The communal areas are immaculately clean with the friendly cleaners always around in the day keeping things tip top. In the communal areas there is plenty of space in the gardens or on your own balcony. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Very happy at Oxbow 🙂

Great location just ten minutes walk in to Manchester city centre but with all the amenities you need on the door step on Chapel Street and Regent Road. Chapel Street has some fantastic bars and restaurants, including the Old Pint Pot across the road and The New Oxford and Porta down the road. You really have all you need of city living but with the fresh air of Peel Park and the River Irwell right outside.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
– There is on street parking available in the area.
– While construction is ongoing around the development access is not as easy as it will be when roads reopen.
– Some properties in the development currently overlook an industrial area, but the area is changing rapidly.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management have responded rapidly to problems and issues. Being a new development they have kept us informed about teething issues with the development.
Absolutely wonderful place to live, worth every penny.
I absolutely recommend Oxbow as a home suitable for anyone wanting a spacious modern living space close to the city centre at a very reasonable price. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the finishes, including the camera system to let people in the building from your apartment and the water pressure of the showers. The high quality of the furniture is unmatched by any other buildings I have lived in, the bed and sofa in particular are extremely comfortable and luxurious. The storage space in the apartment is exceptional, from the huge double wardrobes to the kitchen cupboards, it allows me to easily keep the flat in a highly clean and aesthetically pleasing state. The building being pet friendly means I didn’t have to worry about my dog and the enclosed outdoor spaces are perfect for me to let him out. The communal garden area and rooftop terrace are absolutely stunning and the ideal place for a morning workout, game of table tennis or picnic in the sun. The building boasting its own gym which is included in the price is also such a bonus, it gives me that extra motivation as I can simply roll out of bed and go downstairs to exercise. Finally, the personal feel that building staff provide is incredible: the bottle of Prosecco, basket of essential daily items and a “welcome to your new home” signed card waiting for me in my new apartment made me feel at home straight away. All staff have been so friendly and accommodating to anything I have needed and are a credit to Oxbow.

I love that the area is a 20 minute walk to the city centre and that there is an abundance of shops and local amenities here.

The photos and videos didn’t do the apartment and communal areas justice, it was a lot more spacious and visually pleasing than I initially thought. Also I had no idea that the on site staff including cleaners and security (that I didn’t meet until I arrived) would be so incredibly kind and helpful to me.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management have responded in a very friendly and helpful manner to anything I have needed, it feels like they are always willing to go above and beyond to help.
