Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

One of the best aspects of living in my local area is that it is quiet, and safe. There are good local shops, and a park nearby. The community is also friendly, and most amenities are easy to access. One improvement I would suggest would be adding more equipment to the gym room, as this would make the facilities even better for residents. The only negative aspect is that some residents with children occasionally forget that the common areas are shared spaces for everyone to enjoy, rather than playgrounds. At times this can become a little disruptive for other residents. Aside from that, the development is a great place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management usually respond to reported issues within about 48 hours. Dave from maintenance is quick to pick things up and gets repairs sorted properly. The cleaners, especially Moira, do an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout the building, working hard even in high-traffic and challenging areas to keep everything tidy and well presented.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Before moving in, it would have been helpful to know how quickly things are usually dealt with and who to contact for different issues. While maintenance and cleaning are generally good, understanding the reporting process would be easier

Great area. Great food nearby and very close to city centre. Transport links very good with decent bus routes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes always very promptly. Issues are fixed quickly and are never ignored.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Depending on where flat is in the complex - sunlight may be limited. However, in the hotter months this keeps flat cool.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is great, such an easy walk into Spinningfields. Bus stop right on main road means you never have to wait more than a couple of minutes for a bus into town. Easy access to big Sainsburys and multiple convenience stores. Only downside to the building is the noise in the courtyard - kids screaming until 10pm most nights

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance issues are addressed immediately. Other feedback regarding noise complaints have been responded to but understand it’s hard to control.

Much more varied tenants than most other buildings. Lots of families with children and dogs

Have a retail park nearby, you can alonst get everything needed. And it is easy to access to city centre, either walking, taking the bus is convenient

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Recently we have raised a maintenance request with management office and they sent Dave to fix the tap leakage. And he response quick and fix the tap efficient

Nice gym place, pet friendly apartment, responsible management team

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are a bunch of shops nearby from corner stores to Coop that are with a 10-minute walk, door to door. The nearby retail park is also within a 15-minute walk next to the nearby main road. Peele park is a nice green area that's frequented by families, joggers and others. Area is quite safe as well, with no incidents since I moved in 6 months ago.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded quite quickly; after a maintenance issue about a leaking shower tray was raised they respond back after a day and start work after a few more working days. It was big task with a bunch of equipment, material over several days but they managed to sort everything.

Two of our neighbours here play loud music quite regularly. Though this only happens between daytime and up to 11pm.
