A big thanks to Dave, Darren, Ben & Charlie - they’re always on hand to help and make life at Oxbow very comfortable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team are quick to respond to any issues, always do a top job and generally are all very friendly and amiable. They make living at Oxbow feel like a home. A special shoutout to Dave and Ben - they’ve been brilliant the entire time I’ve been here.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only issue is with the Wi-Fi provider. None of the big providers work in the building.

Honestly it’s a Great location with great facilities everything you really need is available and have people 24/7 to assist with any problems you may face

Excellent, it seems to be a very safe and pleasant location to live with family, offering a peaceful environment, modern amenities, and easy access to schools and parks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

This is a very good place; Lucas offers excellent customer service. He was exceptionally kind and patient while showing us around, taking the time to answer all our questions and explain each feature in detail. We are excitedly looking forward to the terrace finally opening, as it promises to be a wonderful addition to the location.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No cupboard in the bathroom. It will have been nice to have cupboard and the fridge and the dishwasher built in. To have a private dining room in the building.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

One of the best aspects of living in my local area is that it is quiet, and safe. There are good local shops, and a park nearby. The community is also friendly, and most amenities are easy to access. One improvement I would suggest would be adding more equipment to the gym room, as this would make the facilities even better for residents. The only negative aspect is that some residents with children occasionally forget that the common areas are shared spaces for everyone to enjoy, rather than playgrounds. At times this can become a little disruptive for other residents. Aside from that, the development is a great place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management usually respond to reported issues within about 48 hours. Dave from maintenance is quick to pick things up and gets repairs sorted properly. The cleaners, especially Moira, do an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout the building, working hard even in high-traffic and challenging areas to keep everything tidy and well presented.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Before moving in, it would have been helpful to know how quickly things are usually dealt with and who to contact for different issues. While maintenance and cleaning are generally good, understanding the reporting process would be easier

Great area. Great food nearby and very close to city centre. Transport links very good with decent bus routes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes always very promptly. Issues are fixed quickly and are never ignored.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Depending on where flat is in the complex - sunlight may be limited. However, in the hotter months this keeps flat cool.
