The design and interior is well thought out. Very tasteful and comfortable. The gym is my favourite facility and ease of access is great. New addition of communal coffee machine is great. The management team go above and beyond to make sure your experience at Oxbow is a happy and comfortable one.

Central location, despite this it is still very quiet and peaceful.
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
I love everything about or flat however I would recommend a bigger water tank for 1 beds as we battle with having enough hot water for 2 consecutive showers

Fabulous apartments
The buildings are beautifully furnished to a high standard, and very luxurious. The rooms are very spacious and soundproof too. The staff are extremely friendly and will accept and look after all your parcles / deliveries. If you have any maintenance issues they are quick to resolve too.

There is a local co-op near by and spinningfields is only a 15 minute walk – great location!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing, the brochure was very informative and helped brilliantly.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have responded very quickly and efficiently, any issues, even on a weekend, were sorted straight away.
Loving life at Oxbow – recently moved in
Moved in to Oxbow a week ago, loving my new apartment. The balcony is a welcomed addition, and the gym is a very good size – much more impressive than other residential gyms. The podium garden is a great feature too. Only thing I wish was different is that the washing machine and fridge was housed in the units, and not exposed.

Up and coming area of Salford – love the fact its close to Sainsburys and only 10 mins from Spinningfields. Nice park nearby too. Not much to look at in the immediate area though.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Wish there was a little bit more in the immediate area as it is quite construction focused however I think this will change soon.
What is the best feature of your home:
Definitely the fitted, sliding wardrobe with mirror doors!
Oxbow Salford
Well designed and maintained apartments, with useful storage options and cleverly thought out design structure. On site gym could do with being a little more available but understandable that this is difficult in covid times. Overall a good and fun place to live.

Central location, within easy access of transport systems (roads, railways and the buses), without that constant traffic noise.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Useful to know postcode so new not yet fully recognised by some companies for deliveries etc!
What is the best feature of your home:
Fabulous use of space especially the balcony area outside.

We love it here!
We love living here! Luxury in the heart of the city for a very reasonable price, we especially love the added touches like the gym! Feels like home already!
Everything is modern but homely the sort of furniture we would of picked for ourselves and nothing is too much trouble! So happy!

We have a corner apartment which doesn’t actually match which we viewed but we prefer ours anyway 🙂

Nothing we are so happy! The view is of a carpark however we get the sun everyday so we can’t complain!

Helpful management team, great designs and located close to town
The property is brand new and the staff are super helpful. The property management is really good and everyone we have met in the team is really positive, helpful and so willing to help – one of the team even helped me carry my shopping delivery! They are very experienced property managers and are always on hand to help. The designs in the flats and common areas are very tasteful and the open social outside spaces are a welcome addition (there’s even a Gym).

Area has good local transport connections with Salford Crescent only 15 mins away. There are nice local take aways nearby, supermarkets and and it’s a short walk into the city centre.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Only two small things, I do wish I had known how small the beds were and that our flat looked out onto a very noisy building site which is currently starting between 5:30 and 7:00am (both illegal in my reading on the subject).
What is the best feature of your home:
We are located on the top floor so there are no neighbours above us which helps as we’re expecting a baby. The shared common areas are nice to have in terms of outside space and we look forward to using the gym. I would also say the concierge service is a big plus for us.

A good place to live!
The building is a high quality design, it’s clean and fresh which is something we were looking for when we were looking at apartments. The room and space inside the apartment is amazing and something we never saw anywhere else we looked, there’s plenty of room in the wardrobes and the storage cupboard makes it all the more better. All the staff are friendly and handle any issue you tell them about, they keep you informed with all the going’s on in regards to the building.

The development is in a really good location, it’s a short walk into the city centre but also far enough away to have peace and be away from the hustle and bustle. Transport links nearby.

The council tax band has changed after one month and is now more expensive which obviously isn’t ideal.
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
The council tax band, it was suppose to be band b and it changed to A

Oxbow
Really lovely building furnished to a high spec. Really great that you can get two parking spaces. The staff at the property are friendly and helpful and even though the building is still being refurbished it doesn’t interfere with the atmosphere of the building
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Really close to deans gate easily within walking distance of the city centre. Area is still in development but when the surrounding buildings are done the the building is likely to be in a more ideal location. Also really close to local shops and the train station
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Different entrances are confusing to start with but you get used to them
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
Less building work around the building which is an eyesore but can’t be helpf
Great Staff!
Property management is great, Lauren and Jhuewell have both been very helpful. The maintenance team have been excellent- Jamie is lovely and even vacuumed after putting shelves up for us. The design is perfect, lots of light in the rooms – this is a stand out feature as other buildings we looked round felt a bit dark.

Perfect location, easy to walk into town but far enough out to be a little quieter- lovely views
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would have loved to be shown around Stephenson House- I was under the impression we could only view Cussons House.
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
The front doors would work. At the moment we are having to enter and exit the building through the garage- this isn’t a massive problem but it will be great when the doors are working.

Stunning Salford apartment
The Oxbow development is gorgeous. It has been designed and built really well, and has a lovely feel to it. The apartment we rent overlooks the courtyard and is very bright and sunny. The rooms are spacious and there is a surprising amount of storage space.
The development has a secure underground car park, courtyard garden space and a gym. The gym has not yet opened due to COVID19 but we are really looking forward to using that when we are able to.
The property management and maintenance teams have been very friendly and approachable, and they have been quick to answer our questions or respond to requests.

The area is really nice – there are a lot of new developments so it has a nice sense of hustle and bustle. Manchester city centre is an easy 30 minute walk away and there are excellent public transport links so it is easy to get to lovely bars, restaurants and shops. It only takes 9 minutes on a bus into the city centre. Salford Central and Salford Crescent train stations are very close by, and it is only 15 minutes drive to the Trafford Centre. In terms of supermarkets, the property is very close to a retail park with a number of shops including a massive Sainsburys. But there is also an Aldi, Lidl and a huge Tesco 5 minutes drive away.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We were only shown apartments in Cussons House but we have noticed that some people have moved into Stephenson House. It would have been nice to have been shown some of the properties in the other building so that we could see the view etc
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
The parking is competitively priced with other local developments, however I still feel like it is very expensive. I think that is because I have moved here from a property in which I had free parking, so any charge for parking is extortionate in comparison. But if I could, I would make the parking much cheaper.

Extremely homely development
On entering the building for the first time the management team were very welcoming and I instantly felt at home. The design is super with every small detail taken into account. Our apartment feels very homely and is very well laid out and I love all the windows which brings in lots of light.

The location is perfect – close to university and close to shops and transport links too.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew more about bills and how that would work out, instead of having to wait until the end of the first month to figure it out.
What is the best feature of your home:
I love the balcony outside of our apartment, it is a lovely view at night too. I also love how much light there is because of the many windows.
