The location is excellent. It's riverside, close to transport links and near a large park. Plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs in the area. The location is the highlight of the property.

The service fees continue to increase without reason, even though we were promised this would not happen.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

I would have not purchased a property here to start with.

The area is lovely, very calm and nice to be by the river and the park. It is a very safe area and close to both Wandsworth town station and East Putney. There is a sainsburys within the development and also lots of supermarkets, butchers and restaurants nearby.

The area is very quiet. Except for the construction work...it has been ongoing for years but hopefully will be complete within next 12 months

What is the best feature of your home:

Location. Family friendly area with lots of going on.

Like the proximity to parks, transport links and shops. Dislike the extortionate service fees.

I wish had known the service fees would go up the way they have. I had no warning of this.

The best feature of my home is the area in which it's in.

The building looks aesthetically pleasing and really modern. I dislike that there’s a lot of construction noise.

I wish I had known about the new developments being built close by.

What is the best feature of your home:

Then living is quite spacious and that’s quite rare for a building in London.

I like that it’s close to the river and transport is quite close too.

The gym could be better, I don’t go to this one I go to another close by.
