Optivo at Salford Quays

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Optivo representatives are rude and simply have no customer service. Repairs never happen! Operatives NEVER turn up although jobs are booked. 10 months and several phone calls from us have passed by and no joy! This is appalling. Although the developments are good, improvement in call handling and repairs are long overdue!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had NO response The location is great! Local amenities are fantastic . Good transport links. Friendly new town. Close to historical buildings and nature reserves.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how very difficult it would be for repairs to take place, from start to the end this is simply non existent!
