Really well connected to the city centre and the community is so lovely! We couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always so quickly and with attention to care. We’ve never felt like anything we ask for is a problem.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We wish we’d known how much time we’d end up spending in the building! It’s got everything we need for a two people working remotely.

Cheap takeaways nearby, 20 minute walk to Manchester City centre, 5 min walk to regents road retail park,

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Have only had one maintenance issue and was resolved within 24 hours

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The storage space in our apartment is limited but not a major issue

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location for bars, grocery shops, peel park nearby. Bus stop is right across the street going into town/quays. Only negative is construction work across the road

Always prompt and give details on the next steps on when the fix will happen.

We moved initially thinking that Salford was a bit further out from the city centre but although the address of this building is Salford it’s practically in Manchester City centre as well so it’s a lot closer than we thought for all other amenities the city has!

Good range of local shops and restaurants many bars and lots of open spaces really good so far i love it

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sent emails been very helpful with responding to questions

The moving trollies are free and kept downstairs by the letter boxes

I don't find any bad aspects living here it's been a dream I'm so happy that I've moved here, maybe parking availability would be the only struggle but it's still manageable other than that everything else has been perfect

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I've had no issues but if I had any I know it would be responded to promptly

None. If anything I wish I knew that there wasn't as much parking
