Old Gas Works, SM1

The property is nice and well constructed. It has lovely big windows and is very light and airy. The inside of the building isn’t kept very well due to vandalism inside the property but the flat itself is very lovely and maintained well

The property is beautiful, the building needs better up keep and the surroundings really need a bit of work. The security isn’t great, and we have had some break ins to the building causing damage. Never the less the flat itself is beautiful and well constructed! We love living here and it has a lovely view. There is a great community within the block and all the tenants are lovely. Everyone looks out for each other.

Good place, supermarket close to proximity, great shopping area and food places. Transport is nearby and so is the local gym. Great management . There is also great parking facilities nearby. Haven't lived here too long but great so far.

Great area but the building management is poor. When you walk in the main entrance to get to the flat the carpet is dirty the lifts don't always work regularly. So would sometimes have to use the stairs as an only option and you should smell cigarette smoke sometimes when you enter the But the flat itself is great. The supermarket is nearby with a gym and parking facilities and nearby transport and great shopping area

It's close to the shopping area, supermarket, gym and transport. It's nice area the bus stop is just across the road and the train station only a few minutes away. Very convenient. The flat is quite spacious and nice but when the lift breaks down I have to climb a lot of stairs to get to the 8th floor. Which is not always a good thing.
