Good standard Good designs Rapid response Good quality. I was happy to receive what I was expecting. Almost all designs and materials met my expectation. The place is clam with good neighborhood. Me and my family enjoyed the place and the move here

The design of the property is perfect, great garden size and room size. The layout of the house is also ideal for cosy nights in and having a houseful of friends and family. The building management team are helpful, however customer service are extremely slow and, at times, unhelpful with problems on your home.

Great location next to plenty of schools and shops. 5 minutes from the motorway and 15 to Preston City Centre. There is zero antisocial behaviour or noise pollution.

How unhelpful the customer service are with resolving issues

What is the best feature of your home:

The garden was the best feature. The size of the rooms is also a huge benefit

My development is good and met my expectation. It is four bedroom detached house with a big garden and garage. My parking area also is spacious accommodate more than four cars. The finishing was good and also met my expectation. After sale customer service was reliable when I needed them.

The local area is quit good and all facilities are available and close to the development. One of the good things is the food co op which opened few months ago; it is working daily until 10 pm.

The design of the house and plot is beautiful. Spacious and lots of land. I enjoyed being able to choose the materials within the house I.e flooring, tiles, work tops. Customer service could improve and communication. However, overall I am happy with our forever home.

There’s a wide rang of shops and restraunts around. Easy access to the park and reliable bin collection service weekly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would advise to closely monitor the plastering process as we had reoccurring issues.

What is the best feature of your home:

The design of the kitchen and living room is the best feature.

Development is still underway so the communal features like the playground and cut throughs to other developments aren’t in place yet. The design of the house is nice though - they look good from the outside, generally have good outdoor space and room sizes etc.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like this area generally. Close to transport links, schools and supermarkets. Standard Lancashire area really! We like our house as we’re tucked away at the back of a cul de sac. We had a lot of issues that needed fixing when we moved in but they were all resolved (eventually). We don’t hear much from the developer anymore as they’re still working on the third phase but we’re pretty happy here.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Definitely get a proper snagger in. It costs about £400 but was well worth it to make sure all the issues we had moving in were resolved.

What is the best feature of your home:

Location - tucked away at the back of the cul de sac.
