It’s a leafy & quiet development if that is your life style. Parking is beginning to be an issue. Children’s play area is now ready.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have not faced any problems that were not resolved quickly or proactively.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking could have been better planned. A small store would probably have been a great option.

Wish there was a shop and a park considering how many houses are here and shops are nearby but always a car or bus journey away. Easy access to Hainault station or Romford. Parking is atrocious, cars parked any and everywhere even on pavements causing you to walk in the roads with your child. Not to mention how fast the cars come down.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No the building management don’t really respond to issues.

wish we knew we’d have issues parking every single day, we was also told they’d be a store on the complex but not that big of a deal would just be helpful to get essentials on a daily basis

Developers and local authority need to invest on pedestrian network. As soon you come out of the development it’s like a no man land into a busiest road.

Haven’t raised with management yet but thinking to do soon

Great location

Originally we were promised 1 year of shuttle service but by the end of it we only got 3 months. The shops and schools are not in walking distance.

What is the best feature of your home:

We love our conservatory and our garden. The access to our car park is private.

Big gardens!! And the builders should ensure the grass is flattened
