Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is a rather limited selection of local shops and restaurants available in the area however there is enough to get you by if you need to pop out for some milk. Most properties do have driveways available however street parking tends to be most peoples preference, often clogging up walkways but your never short of a parking space. While being a mostly quiet area as with most places there is the occasional anti-social event, usually local kids being kids. Dog mess is also a common issue across the area
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The walls between rooms and houses are very thin and don’t provide a great deal of sound proofing, so I would suggest scoping out your neighbours first.
What is the best feature of your home:
The kitchen is very well fitted and great for those moving with little to no white goods.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Excellent immediate facilities for schools, GP, supermarkets, good road links and bus routes, lacking a local train station. The area is predominantly clean and sociable, nice and quiet and good for families and pets with convenient and well maintained parks nearby. There is a shortage of nearby bars and restaurants which is a mixed blessing.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Lack of pubs from when we first moved in, however this turned out not to be a problem.
What is the best feature of your home:
The quietness and convenience of the location making it family friendly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Our street is very quiet, like most of the entire development (with the only exception of the streets adjacent to the school, where there are often kids playing outside). It's a residential area, so there are not many facilities, but a large Tesco is only a 10-min drive away, and there is also a B&M store and other little shops in the main road. Public transport is very good, very well connected to the city centre and main hospitals.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They were very slow in responding to issues raised, and their coordination with their own contractors was terrible. But in the end most issues were resolved.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Shared drains are not maintained by United Utilities, as it’s normally done in older developments.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Lots of shops and not far from motorway. Parking is good but the city council don’t spend a lot of time maintaining the roads.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No, they only make contact to send your invoice for payment
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Lease hold increasing with no visible benefits to having one. Was sold to me as a good thing as they provide maintenance but they don’t.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very quiet residential area, no traffic noise (or any other noise). All houses have plenty of parking space, so parking is not an issue at all. Some streets are less clean than others, but this only depends on local residents; overall, the development is well maintained. Good transport links with the city centre and Aintree hospital.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They were very slow in responding to issues raised, and their coordination with their own contractors was terrible.
