Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has seen a lot of development over the last 12-18 months with more and more local businesses opening up which is fantastic to see. Some great brunch spots close by down chapel street as well as an amazing Spanish tapas bar.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve always just stuck my head in the office, everyone is great

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing springs to mind, I’d just advise people to explore the area

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is safe for pedestrians and drivers, and it's a five-minute walk from the development to stops on major bus routes. There's a shopping centre with a large supermarket, a pharmacy, and other shops nearby, and a small number of restaurants and bars (though some more would be much appreciated), as well as the Factory arts centre. Traffic noise isn't an issue, and I haven't had any experiences of anti-social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

On the whole, they've responded uickly and productively

It does feel like a community; residents are friendly and helpful to one another, and problems (noise; mess) are rare.

Coffee shop and coop nearby, also benefits from a JD gym and Sainsbury's within walking distance. New development nearby promises more bars and restaurants

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Never had any issues to raise with them so cannot comment

The amount of new development nearby. can be dusty

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great area to live, Sainsbury’s and the retail park are very close. Great JD gym nearby. Other local gyms very accessible. Can walk into the city centre and M62 is right n nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They answered all questions and concerns we have asked about.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would of liked to have known about road parking nearby.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Near to city centre, modern and new apartments with good energy efficiency and isolation, really bright and plenty of space available.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Usually they reply fast but they need a few weeks/months to resolve de issues if is not something really really really urgent.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The Parcelbox are don't work at all, a lot of my packages disappeared some of this packages appeared again after weeks but some I have to request refund.
