Great apartment and good aesthetics, the building is kept very clean and a new parcel safe place has been installed to provide extra security. Building maintenance is very quick at fixing any problems. The design of the building is very welcoming with a lovely outdoor space leading to the apartment.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great area, close to amenities such as sainsburys, jd gyms, Costa coffee, co op is just down the road a long with a nice beer house

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly, I had a problem with the transition from my kitchen to the bathroom and was fixed within hours.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They provided a lot of information and I had a thorough look around the site so can’t think of anything I wish I had known before

Great flats to live in, walkable to city centre and has secure parking!

The flats are very modern, our 2 bedroom flat has 2 excellent bathrooms and is a great space. The building is kept clean, shoutout to the very friendly cleaner too!, parking is available and is secure. At a push I’d maybe say I’d like a gym in the buildings but that’s not a necessity but a lot of flats do offer gyms now. Property management are always quick to help and meet your needs. We really enjoy living here!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location near the city centre - co working space, a shop and bar/restaurant all within the complex. Parking options could maybe be better but free short term parking is available. Close to train stations and trams but I mostly walk to places as it’s most convenient

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes always quick to respond - there was one issue around payments but they resolved their end very quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maybe that there wasn’t a concierge in the building for post - but this has since been resolved and the post situation is much better but still is in a separate building

Buildings are kept clean and managed quite well

Buildings are kept clean and managed quite well, communal gardens are clean and dog poo bags are provided which is quite good. It’s good that you can keep pets as some landlords won’t even consider this. It would be good if there was some visitor parking spaces.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Not many transport links but a quick walk into town. Parking is quite secure but no spaces for visitor parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have raised 3 issues, all of which were investigated quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is no immediate transport link, and it can be quite loud sometimes from the other buildings.

It's an ok place to live for first time

Emily (Tenant)

Sept 2024

Doors become stuck due to movement of the frames and constantly getting someone to come and look No pets allowed: it would be nice to have the option of this Feels cramped in the bedrooms as there's not a lot of space. A king size bed is lovely but there's not a lot of walkway

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: Location and insulation Bad: Very expensive for what it's worth No perks with the price, majority of places around offer free gym membership No parking spot. 2 years waiting!!!!!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have always commented back and fixed the issues but the issue keeps coming back

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

2 years wait for a parking space, if you're going to build a block of flats ensure each flat has at least one spot each?

Perfect and close to the city

Ritchie (Tenant)

The building and property management is really good. They’re always on top of things, keeping in touch and contact at a speedy response which is reassuring. The building design along with canals views etc. makes it a great place to live. They’re always friendly and easy to talk to.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There a coffee shop, bar and co-op on site which is a great convenience as well as parking. Location to public transport is ok, with a 10-15 min walk to a train/tram stop. Sometimes there’s quite a bit of noice late night/early morning at the weekends but as expected

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they’ve responded within a day or even on the day itself

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d had known the location in terms of distance to trains and tram stops as well as the noise of developments close by
