Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There’s basically no transport links, closest tram is Deansgate. There’s a nearby train station but it’s at least a 10 minute walk so be mindful of that.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very very slow in responding to issues or they don’t respond at all. When you do get a response it’s the bare minimum and the office staff can be quite rude.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How many issues there would be. We have had constant hot water issues for almost two years and several other issues with people smoking and smoking grass in the building.

Near Manchester city center and aviva, 10 min walk. Sainsbury’s and gym a 5 min walk. Best location place so far for me

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They usually reply and help, though sometimes I get no answer to less urgent issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How the post works (no reception, you have to go to mailroom on another building) and the fact that you can’t open some doors from your interfone so you need to go downstairs to let people in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great area, close to the city centre. Cafe and bar on sight are amazing. Sainsburys and other shops very close.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded to all questions very quickly. Never had to report any problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

On street parking is difficult at times. Can be a bit of a walk.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s relatively close to local grocery stores. There is a Co-op and a Sainsbury nearby. Also close to stores like Boots, Pets at home, Tk Maxx, Costa, etc. Bin Collection can have issues sometimes, but parking and traffic are okay. Nice people living around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have been very helpful and have assisted with most issues. However they need to work on giving more notice to tenants about maintenance or visits and when increasing the rent.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You will have to be ready to search for your parcels in a sometimes disorganised parcel room and be ready to bring the heavy ones through long distances. You might also get surprised and have someone from management unlocking your door by mistake and with very little notice when visiting.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There’s some shops but not a great deal if you don’t drive. Lots of public transport links to get round the city and to other places. Living on the street is pretty quiet but bin day is dreadful as the whole area is filled with bins.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes but not always a timely or helpful response to them.

I wish i knew more about the responses from management.
