Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in the city centre has been an amazing experience so far. As someone who lived “out in the sticks” I was really craving that city centre feel with an aspect of quietness and New Fountainbridge has really fitted the bill . Everything I need—shops, cafes, gyms just a short walk away which makes daily life feel convenient and vibrant. The energy of the city is fantastic, always something happening, whether it’s a new restaurant opening, a weekend market, or a park run. Public transport is great, so getting around without a car is easy and stress-free. I also love the mix of people—students, professionals and families—which gives it a lively and diverse atmosphere. Despite the fast pace, the community feels really personal and connected, with friendly local businesses and familiar faces everywhere you go no matter the day or time.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve only had a couple of very small issues with both I was updated regularly on the progress and solved promptly even out of hours it was seamless.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Absolutely nothing, my viewing of the flat told me everything I needed to know. The explanation on the development website and pictures was enough to convince me that this was perfect for me and the viewing only brought to life what was already clear in the advertising plus some key info. Overall it’s been fantastic.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Area is amazing very central, it's super easy to access any public transport and close to shops etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They've been super quick and on it, even if there's a part missing they stay in the loop.makimg sure we're okay.

All was good! The do not disturb Burton is so handy for people buzzing by accident haha! And it's just such a nice place to live.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Loving fountainbridge! Tesco and Co-Op within touching distance, joined the gym at FountainPark and located right off the bus stop which takes me directly to my work. The coffee shops on Grove Street are lovely and Loudon’s restaurant looks great. Parking can be tricky to find, we usually park at the other side of the canal. The only noise issues so far have been from the development finishing up the path outside however it is not too loud.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have not had many issues as of yet. Our questions have been replied to quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

As we are high up and the window frames are made of metal, when it rains there is quite a loud dripping noise which could affect quiet levels. It is not too distracting for us but if you need complete silence to sleep it may be difficult when it’s rainy outside. Also make sure to close the curtains when it’s dark as the offices across can see right in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area around New Fountainbridge is a brilliant place to live. Many bars and restaurants within a very short walking distance. Along with this, the Meadows is also very close, which is a lovely greenspace, as well as gorgeous walks along the canal.

Any problem I have has been dealt with very quickly and professionally

That all of the staff are very friendly and helpful!

Great location! Close to so many shops and the city centre. Being right next to the canal is so nice and I’ve enjoyed looking out to it from my apartment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management has responded quickly to my questions and I appreciate their help and support

So far, there is nothing I wish I had known. Everything was clearly communicated.
