It’s a very peaceful place despite being very close to the city centre. Public transport, including train stations and buses, is within easy reach, and shops are nearby for daily essentials. Parking, available both within and around the complex, is convenient. I would say, a great balance of calmness and accessibility

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Absolutely, they have been very prompt and responsive whenever I have raised any concerns. The building management team acts quickly to find solutions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There isn’t anything in particular. I had an online viewing while I was away on a work trip, and Euan made sure to provide all the necessary details. He thoroughly showed me around via video call and also sent a follow-up video afterwards, which was very clear.

Very close to many amenities makes my day to day very easy being so close to shops and bus routes. Neighbours are incredibly friendly

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes and was dealt with within 24 hours. Front desk is always available

View from higher levels is amazing. Grocery shop within walking distance

Lots of things to do close by. The apartments are not far from the city centre, but are also nice and quite beside the canal. I love that I can walk into the city but can also enjoy a walk down the canal and see the swans swim past my window!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management has responded quickly and been able to resolve the few problems I’ve had.

There’s nothing I wish I had known prior to it again as all information was provided clearly from the start.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is great for quick access to the city center. Cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and entertainment facilities available close to the apartment. The area around my apartment is quiet and private with access to the canal which is great for getting some fresh air and is welcomed when I work from home

I haven't had any issues but if I do I think they will be quick to sort them

How good the area is. I didn't know just how much would be around which is great

I love living here, the vibes are immaculate ALWAYS! I love the staff, our community host Emily is always smiling and makes living here a joy. Everything is beautiful I am proud to call this my home! I wish there was more parking, but love how secure it is.

Yes, very quickly! The staff are helpful and very attentive.

How serene my life would be! My balcony view is even better than the one in the flat I viewed. Dreamy
