Nice area with lots going on around it. Good transport links etc & plenty of local amenities to ensure you are sorted

Yes but they’re at the mercy of the owners I’m assuming.

It is not all what it says on the tin. Please be wary

Excellent location in the city center, convenient to public transportation, restaurants, grocery stores and things to do. Wonderful for families.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been very responsive and helpful with our move in and support with needs within the flat.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The stairs inside the home are quite steep and can become slippery when wet.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

You feel right in the heart of the action here with Haymarket and the city centre just a ten minute walk away, but this is also balanced really nicely with close connections to the peaceful meadows and Morningside areas. Over all, the area is great.

Management is responsive and works to help solve any issues

Communication was clear prior to our move-in date and felt well informed.

Great location to the city centre, train station and trams. Gorgeous views of the canal very quiet with no anti social behaviour around

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Had one slight issue with a breeze and it was fixed within 24hours

Nothing , Euan made me aware of all the facilities.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We are enjoying living in the area and exploring the neighbourhoods and beautiful green spaces including along the canal and the meadows. Lots of great coffee shops and convenient shops and supermarkets. We haven’t had any issues with noise or anti social behaviour but have noticed quite a bit of rubbish around, particularly on the bin collection days (though it is cleaned up after this). The bus services are great and frequent and it is handy being near haymarket for the trams and trains. The area is close to everything and feels family friendly.

Yes and they have done so quickly, resolving issues immediately

For people who are new to Edinburgh any tips or recommendations for the area are always helpful
