Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is much different to where I have moved from and is so close to the centre where everything you would need is available at such a short distance. The area around the apartment is lovely with supermarkets, restaurants, cafe's all close by. You really don't need a car when living here as you can get to where you need in a short distance. The canal is so lovely to walk along as well as live by.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes - I have not yet had any problems but they have been very responsive to all my enquiries so far.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Not necessarily anything I didn't know but it's so much better than what I expected.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We moved into New Fountainbridge in Nov 25' and so far we have been very impressed! There are great local coffee shops, convenience stores, bars and restaurants nearby. It's only a 5 minute walk away from even more including cinemas and independent shops. It is based on the Union Canal with the apartments being set back off the Main Street which gives the whole development a sense of calm and removes all traffic noise. Transport options are great with a bus stop just outside and a 10 minute walk to Haymarket train station. Bin collection services are conveniently located in the underground section of the apartment buildings themselves. There is an underground car park but spaces are limited and the on street parking is a hit or a miss. There is paid parking just next door.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, we had a few minor issues and the building management have been prompt at resolving them.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
A specific thing for our location would be increased signage around the development pointing to which building is which. Quite often delivery drivers can find the development but struggle to find the correct apartment building.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There's a great selection of shops and amenities close by. Local Tesco's and Scotland as well as the fountain park shopping centre with restaurants,cinema and other things to do. There are plenty of great pubs and bars close by and the centre of town is only a 10/15 min walk away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had a couple wee issues when I moved in but the staff where brilliant. They responded promptly and maintenance came quickly and fixed the issues right away.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There isn't anything I needed to know before moving in as the staff told me everything I needed to know.

Great local shops and amenities. Very close to Haymarket train station and the tram lines. As well as a fabulous canal side location for a quick walk.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
they very quickly resolved an issue we had with the door entry system.

book early to avoid disappointment. Has been a great move for us working in the city

The fountainbridge are is great, with amazing connections to the rest of the city, and is a busy little hub in itself being right next to Tollcross. The quality of supermarkets locally is great, it is a hub for some of the cities best pubs and bars. Being right on the canal provides great walking opportunities. Due to it being a block away form the main road, it is very quiet and secluded from much city noise too

Management have responded professionally and effectively with everything that has been raised, props to them for being so diligent

There’s nothing that i wish i knew beforehand, the move has been made very easy with the property management team. Communication has always been good
