Decent apartment!

Simple clean design. Large bedrooms, good wardrobe space. Love the storage options and bathroom layouts.
Balcony is rather small and looks on to many other flats.
Good sound proofing – don’t hear neighbours or outside. Well heated
– especially great for the winter months!

Convenient for the puppy

The apartment is fine for us. It is good sized and bright. The balcony is great.

I am happy with the facilities included-gym, rooftop, maintenance. Concierge is really helpful as well.
It would have been even better if we had a swimming pool.
I go to another gym, but sometimes I like to use the one we have here.

It is near canary wharf. There is a park for my dog which was very important to us.

There some suspicious people walking around.

We moved here 4 years ago and there was nothing really we weren’t told about this property.

Why did you choose this development:

We chose this development as it is close to the only proper park that is good for dogs.

My one bed room flat is too expensive in my opinion.
The security and security systems are very good allowing peace of mind, however the community is not interactive.
I like that theres lots of super markets around and how close it is to canary wharf.

My experience with this development has been wonderful however there are a few negatives. The kids have access to rooftop and sometimes they throw eggs and rocks down at people.
Overall it is very clean and quiet.

My home is large and spacious. the neighbourhood is family friendly and houses people of many different cultural backgrounds.
I feel generally safe in my flat and I don’t have to worry about my security.

I bought this apartment 5 years ago and it was a great investment as its value has increased significantly.

Attractively designed flat which allows a lot of light in. It has good size balcony and i can actually enjoy the outdoors from my apartment. It is a decent size for a one bedroom flat with a lot of storage space.

I also love the bathroom. It is beautifully designed with a view of the park.

The park is close and the views are beautiful. I love the landscape gardens within the development.

The negative is that i have seen young people hang around the development that look suspicous.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I did not know about the park view from my bedroom window as well and I am quite happy about it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been great to other neighbours, however I haven’t really need their services so far.

The apartment is functional. There are a couple of exits, which is more convenient to reach different parts of the facilities.
It is brand new and modern. The communal areas are carpeted, so it doesn’t make noice when people get home late.
There are also many fire alarms, which is good.

We have included gym, rooftop garden and concierge, which also text me when i have delivery, so i don’t have to come and check every time.

The area is really convenient as I can walk to my workplace.
It would be nice if there were more security cameras.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would have been nice to know that the rooftop is only open at specific times which are not really regular.

Why did you choose this development:

It is realy close to work and because it was brand new.

For London is a really well done development, it is quite new, our flat is 4 years old so it is quite new. My flat faces the park, I love my view, the neighbours are nice. In terms of facilities we have a gym and a convenience store open until 11pm every day. In the park there will be a dog walking area which has been currently built. We expect it to be finished by late summer.

The area is nice and residential, not too much noise, the crime rate is quite low as well, well looked after area overall. It takes 15 minutes to go to Canary by foot.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We had issues with the wood cladding in the past but it has been resolved. The costs went for the service charge, on my expense.

Why did you choose this development:

It is a lovely area and it is a new building . Close to my work place as well.

Much better since new management agent came in -Encore. Previous agent didn’t resolve many issues but now things are improving. Facilities are good but some closed due to covid-19.

Very low security level, maintenance issues

The development is around 5 years old but things start to give up and break already: terrace doors, heating system, window locks, plumbing, etc. Garage doors regularly malfunction. There were 2 robberies(bicycles were stolen from the bike shed) 2 times in less than 2 years!
The management and security are useless and are suspiciously quiet and non responsive.

There are 3 DLR and 1 Jubilee stations nearby(within walking distance). Canary Wharf with its shopping mall and restaurants is 15-20 min walk.

Security level is very low, bicycles are stolen regularly

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

The floor heating would be great in winter.
In the summer the apartment is nice and cool
