Living here has been a fantastic experience. Everything you could possibly need is within easy walking distance, which makes daily life so convenient. Despite being located in Surrey rather than central London, the area has excellent amenities nearby. There are plenty of grocery stores, clothing shops, restaurants, and even a cinema just a short walk away. One thing I really appreciated was that even an emergency veterinary clinic was only around a 20-minute walk from the property, which was incredibly reassuring as a pet owner. The riverside is another highlight of the area, offering beautiful views and lovely walking routes to relax and unwind. Overall, the location combines convenience, accessibility, and a pleasant atmosphere, making it a great place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The maintenance team is good. Whenever an issue is reported, they are quick to respond and typically take action within 24 hours. In many cases, problems are resolved on the same day, which demonstrates their commitment to providing a high standard of service and ensuring residents are comfortable. Their efficiency and proactive approach give residents confidence that any concerns will be addressed promptly and professionally.

One thing I would have liked to know before moving in is that the building is completely keyless and physical fobs are not available upon request.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We are in the middle of the town centre, and we have access to lots of restaurants. I usually drive, but the station is close by as well. Shopping is great around here; I normally use Sainsbury's and Lidl, and I also shop at TK Maxx.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't raised any issues yet, but I do have some scratches on the floor. I'm sure the maintenance team is great too.

I absolutely love living here and think Momento is a real addition to Staines. The area is lovely, and there's a genuine sense of community that makes it feel like home. We had been searching for a place since March and honestly wish we'd known about Momento sooner. The location is fantastic, the amenities are excellent, and the team are always friendly, professional, and helpful. A special shoutout to Geanne for her warm and welcoming demeanour, and to Djellza, who is always quick, efficient, and my go-to person whenever I need assistance. I was also incredibly impressed when I reported a broken door downstairs and it was fixed within just 15 minutes. That level of responsiveness really shows how much the team care about residents and the building. Overall, this is an outstanding place to live with a wonderful community atmosphere, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've lived at Momento since June and, honestly, I haven't had to raise any concerns so far. Everything has been well managed, the team are always helpful and responsive, and my experience as a resident has been very positive. It's reassuring to live somewhere where things run smoothly and where any questions or requests are handled professionally. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One piece of feedback I would share is that I wish I had known unfurnished apartments were available. When I first viewed the property, the show apartment was furnished, which gave me the impression that all apartments came furnished. It would have been helpful to know about the unfurnished options from the start, as having that choice may have influenced my decision. Aside from that, my experience has been excellent, and I've been very happy living here.

I absolutely love living here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern and welcoming place to call home. The location is perfect, with everything you need close by, making day-to-day life incredibly convenient. The amenities are excellent and really add to the overall living experience. The team are always friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever needed, which makes a huge difference and creates a real sense of community. I absolutely love living here and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic, the amenities are excellent, and the team are always friendly, helpful, and professional. Having an onsite gym is a great bonus, even if I don't get to use it as often as I'd like, and I love the stylish décor throughout the building. The only minor downside is that the coffee machine occasionally runs out of milk, which can be a little disappointing. We were definitely spoiled at the beginning when there were two coffee machines available! It would also be nice to have some stirrers provided, although that's not essential. Overall, it's a great place to live, with a wonderful team, excellent facilities, and a location that's hard to beat.

I was also really impressed with how quickly maintenance issues are dealt with. I reported a broken door downstairs, and it was fixed within just 15 minutes. The speed and efficiency of the response exceeded my expectations and showed how committed the team is to looking after the building and its residents. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I honestly wish we had known about Momento sooner. We had been searching for a place since March, and finding this community felt like hitting the jackpot. The location, amenities, décor, and sense of community are all amazing. The team have been fantastic throughout, always friendly, approachable, and quick to help.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Convenient that there are lots of restaurants, supermarkets, a shopping centre, and a cinema nearby. The train station is very close, and it is easy to drive to the Ashford area. If you work nearby, it is quite good. There is no guest parking on site. A trolley was provided on arrival and when we moved in, but it would be nice to have more trolleys and larger ones.

Really quickly. We did not have any other issues..

Only one blind goes down, and during the daytime there is no privacy. I really like the communal area. The cinema room and Private Dining Room can be booked, which is very good. The microwave is positioned all the way at the top, and it is a bit too high.
