I like everything about the area — the neighbourhood, the proximity to shops, the sense of safety, and the surroundings in general. I cannot identify any negative aspects of the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has always been very helpful, responsive and professional. Any questions or issues I have raised have been dealt with promptly, with clear communication and a genuine effort to resolve things efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known before moving in just how convenient the location is and how much I would enjoy the area. The shops, transport links and local amenities are all very close, the neighbourhood feels safe, and the development has a very welcoming atmosphere.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I absolutely love the amenities. There are great spaces for exercising and socialising, as well as private areas where you can work or study in peace. The dog spa is a fantastic extra, and I also really appreciate having coffee available throughout the day. The location is another huge advantage, with all kinds of shops just a couple of minutes away and very accessible transport links. The 24-hour support and attention from the team is also excellent and makes you feel very well looked after. Overall, the development is comfortable, convenient and extremely well thought out. I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say about it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick, efficient, professional and always very helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had discovered Momento sooner, as I could have saved a lot of time looking at other places. Once I found this development, it felt like exactly the kind of place I had been looking for.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love that its near work I work at T5 and its so convenient, the amenities are so good I love that gym is open 24/7 I love that I am close to two rivers I love m&s. There’s no traffic noise which is great as I need sleep. ………………. ……………… ………………. ………………. …………….

I wish I had known that we weren’t allowed a fob I didn’t realise all the communal doors required keyless entry ………………… ………………. ……………….

Good aspects - for me it has been such a good experience I love the amenities I'm not always in the apartment, I'm local to work I don't have to travel, the transport links are so good too. Bad aspects - right now I am still adapting I just relocated from Mexico I am still embracing the weather I am not a big fan of big overall I love it here

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

At the beginning, things were a bit hectic and my maintenance request took longer than expected, but once I raised a ticket, the team resolved the issue quickly and were very helpful throughout the process.

Because I came from Mexico, I wasn’t sure how council tax and some of the other processes worked. That was the only thing I found a bit confusing.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love living at this place, the staff are friendly and professional, the building is a new build. The area has a good range of local amenities, including supermarkets, convenience stores, cafés, restaurants and bars, with plenty of options within a short walk or drive. There are several nearby parks and open green spaces which are well maintained and suitable for walking, exercise and families. Transport links are generally very convenient, with access to bus routes, nearby railway stations and major road networks, although traffic can be heavier during peak commuting times. On the street itself, parking is usually available, though it can be more limited in the evenings. Bin collections are regular and reliable, and the area is generally quiet and well kept, with only occasional traffic noise and very little anti-social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has generally been responsive and professional when dealing with any issues raised. Communication has been clear, and concerns have been acknowledged and addressed within a reasonable timeframe. Routine maintenance and repairs have been managed efficiently, and updates have been provided where appropriate. Overall, the management team has been approachable and proactive, helping to ensure the development remains well maintained and a pleasant place to live.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how busy the area can become during peak commuting hours, which can occasionally affect traffic and parking availability. Aside from that, the development has largely met expectations, with well-maintained communal areas, convenient local amenities, and good transport links. Overall, it has been a positive place to live, and any minor challenges have been outweighed by the benefits of the location and community.
