It is really convenient. I can buy anything I need within a 10-minute walk. The shopping centre and food court are just around the corner, so it’s great.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I was having some difficulty locking the balcony door, so I raised the issue with the building management team. The matter was addressed very quickly and resolved efficiently.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I haven’t experienced any major issues so far, and the overall experience has been very positive.

I am currently living at Momento and have had a very positive experience so far. It is a really nice place to live, with a well-managed and pleasant environment that makes day-to-day living comfortable. Everything has been handled smoothly and professionally, and any queries have been addressed quickly and efficiently. Communication has been clear, consistent, and reliable throughout. Special thanks to Djelza for her help with the introduction and onboarding process and to Benedetta for her ongoing support with any questions or issues that arise. Their assistance has been greatly appreciated. Overall, I am very happy with my experience here and would recommend living at Momento.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have experienced a few minor issues; however, they have been addressed and resolved promptly, efficiently, and in a highly professional manner.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Everything was explained very well during the tour, and I felt well-informed before moving in. There wasn’t anything in particular I wish I had known in advance, as the process and expectations were communicated clearly from the start.

Moving down to Staines as a sports player has been a bit of an adjustment from home, but it’s turned out to be a solid place to live. There’s a good range of shops for everyday bits, and plenty of food options—ideal after training, whether that’s a quick takeaway or somewhere to sit down and relax. It’s not the liveliest place for nights out, but there are a few decent pubs and cafés where you can switch off and socialise. The green spaces are a big plus, especially for staying active or getting out for a walk on rest days. It’s nice having that balance when your routine is quite full-on. Transport links are pretty handy too, particularly for getting into London, although it can get crowded during peak hours which isn’t always ideal.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has responded well to any issues raised. Djellza sorted my girlfriend’s parking bay and fob within a day, which was fast and much appreciated.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I’d known before moving in is how straightforward and responsive the management team are—things tend to get sorted quickly, which makes settling in much easier. I’d also say it’s worth keeping an eye on communications and updates, as that helps you stay on top of anything going on in the building. Overall, it’s a well-kept, quiet place to live, and being pet friendly is a big bonus if you have or are thinking of getting a pet.

Good aspect: near the station it’s easy for me to get to work - 30 minutes to Waterloo, the shopping centre is next to me loads of supermarkets and variety of restaurants. The river is also 5 minutes, which I love.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
As of yet I haven’t had any issues to raise for any problems

There’s nothing that I can think of I knew everything before I moved in my first tour was with Djellza, and everything was explained even after the tour if I had any questions she didn’t hesitate to answer

Living in this area has a good balance of convenience and comfort. There are plenty of local shops, supermarkets, and a decent range of restaurants and cafés. Open spaces and parks are generally well-maintained and provide a nice place to relax or exercise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has generally been responsive and helpful when issues have been raised. Most concerns are acknowledged promptly, and the team makes a genuine effort to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is the importance of setting up the right ISP early on. Internet options can be somewhat limited depending on the provider, and connection speeds or reliability may vary, so it’s worth researching and arranging this in advance to avoid any delays.
