Nice and quiet area, close to the station. There is not much in the way of local shops and pubs which is a shame

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It’s taken years of constant emailing. They do not reply

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known that they’d never fix our home properly and just take our money and run

Although Hackbridge/Mitcham Junction is up and coming, there are not many shops around and the trains are not frequent. Parking is an issue with neighbors refusing to use their dedicated spaces/ garages instead parking on the street.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Pretty quick despite the pandemic. Fixes were implemented whenever requested.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The size of the garden, would be nice if the garden was bigger than what I have now.

The location and neighbours are lovely.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Escalated it to their management until today no response, no action.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That all was subcontracted to very poor workmanship and you cannot rely on a developers name.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Redrow did not create nice houses. They are poorly built, leaky and have not sorted out the snags. It’s such a shame as the development is nice and the way the house is designed is nice. But Redrow need to sort themselves out

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are slow to respond, don’t fix issues raised and if they do it’s not fixed correctly. The whole site has had numerous issues which are still yet to be rectified

How terrible Redrow would be at fixing an expensive house

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local shops are so convenient but the parking availability is always an issue. The close entrance is parked with so many outsider cars and always an issue to drive in

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We always struggled to contact them after we moved in .

The garden structure as it was so disappointing comparing with other redrow buildings in different location and the car park .
