Lovely view of the dock. Shops and restaurants are a bit far from here. There are a parking availability for extra charge otherwise on street parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had an issue with door bell which hasn’t been solved yet.

We were satisfied with the information has been given by property agency.

Very good location and nice facilities very clean location is a bit out of the way if you don’t drive and maintenance isn’t always sorted promptly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have replied to all issues raised but have had to wait a fair amount of time for a couple of issues to be fixed.

Gym wasn’t opening for another 5 months after moving in.

Good parking- and commuting But require a car to live here for accessibility to shops Good sound proofing hence no issues with traffic noise

Good response with team but do have a bit of waiting time to sort iut

Good information was provided by the team prior to moving in

The area is very nice and quiet ,it has very close transport links to Liverpool and local shops are just a 5 minute drive away. Larger retail parks are just a 10 -15 mins drive away. Situated on a main road there is a lot of traffic at some times of day but the noise is not an issue. Ample on site parking at an additional cost.

Any maixtenance issues are always resolved quickly and efficiently .

There is assistance with signing up to your utility company’s so it’s less hassle

Such quiet place, the adminstrative respond so quick in case of any issue, the disadvantage is that only one bus service tge area which is 410

The responding extremlly fast even through the email or face to face
