Lovely view of the dock. Shops and restaurants are a bit far from here. There are a parking availability for extra charge otherwise on street parking.

We had an issue with door bell which hasn’t been solved yet.

Very good location and nice facilities very clean location is a bit out of the way if you don’t drive and maintenance isn’t always sorted promptly.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have replied to all issues raised but have had to wait a fair amount of time for a couple of issues to be fixed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Gym wasn’t opening for another 5 months after moving in.

The area is very nice and quiet ,it has very close transport links to Liverpool and local shops are just a 5 minute drive away. Larger retail parks are just a 10 -15 mins drive away. Situated on a main road there is a lot of traffic at some times of day but the noise is not an issue. Ample on site parking at an additional cost.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any maixtenance issues are always resolved quickly and efficiently .

There is assistance with signing up to your utility company’s so it’s less hassle

Such quiet place, the adminstrative respond so quick in case of any issue, the disadvantage is that only one bus service tge area which is 410
